I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I felt the need to share my frustration. I should have never came here. I asked for a TRIM, emphasis on the word TRIM! and LONG layers with curtain bangs. My hair used to be down to my butt, now it is right below my chest. I really don't like people cutting my hair, but my relative came here before and had a decent experience, so I decided to come here as well. Jessica cut my hair. I told her to only cut about an inch off and even gave her a reference photo. I demonstrated with my fingers how much to cut as well. She said okay and started cutting right away. My hair ended up 8 inches shorter!!! The layers are so short and the bangs aren't even close to what I imagined. After the cut, I was sent to receive a shampoo. The man there did very well and it was relaxing with the massage. That was the only good part about this experience. After I was done shampooing, they both blow dried my hair then she started to put a hot iron on it--with no heat protectant. After that, she started cutting more again. It was uneven because she didn't even bother to fix my middle part after the wash. I asked her if she could fix my part, but she told me that it's okay and to just put it any kind of way. Seriously? I paid 60+ tip, which I shouldn't have even done. I didnt realize how short it was until I left. I screamed inside of my car because I was so angry. I am so upset and will recommend that if you have long hair, to not go here unless you want a big chop. I will never go here again. 0 stars read more

She bleached my hair off. The entire top layer. Then offered me $50 off. Tried to hide it with a side part. I've had to pay for hair tape ins until the hair grows back and deep conditioning treatments. read more

This place is so close to my house which I never knew. Jessica- the owner is really sweet and professional. She will give you the advice on your hair and how your hair color can last long. I am very satisfied with my hair cut and color. It wasnt my wanted color at the first time, but she spent extra time on fixing and toning to get the color I wanted. I rarely leave reviews even when the service wasn't great because I'd still like the business to get business. However, I've been to this shop 2x and both were not a pleasant experience. The second time was my last time. I went to the stylist Jessica. I asked for a wash & trim. She trimmed my hair to her liking & when I asked her to trim a little more, she told me that she CAN'T. That's enough of a trim. Then while drying & styling my hair. I asked for a MIDDLE part and she gives me a SIDE part. When I asked can she move the hair over some more so it can be More balanced in the middle. So she gave me the comb and told me to do it because she already did the best she could. I asked her to just split it in the middle & even it out because it was uneven. She put the oil in before she evened it out to rush me out of the chair. So after I tried to even the hair out and asked her if she could just straighten out the hairs sticking out because she put the oil in before parting the hair. She said that's too much work for her and if I don't like it, I don't have to pay and don't come back. I told her it's not a lot of work to simply use the iron and straighten out one side. She said it is too much work. I went to the cashier and still willing to pay for the shitty and rude service I received. She told me no she is not accepting my payment, don't come back, & get out because I am a stressful customer. Every time I come, I stress her out. Mind you, I have over been there twice and the reason for the second time was to give her shop another shot because maybe I just had a not so good first experience. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I do NOT recommend anyone to come to this shop because the other hair stylists are not licensed, the owner Jessica is rude, unprofessional, lazy, and wants to get paid to do the bare minimum. read more

I was looking for an affordable but good place to balayage my hair and was fortunate enough to find Jessica. Honestly, the hair wasn't anything like I expected (purplish shadow and cool-tone balayage) but it turned out great! Jessica utilized the different styles I presented her and did the best look that matched me. This salon isn't necessarily the "highest end", but the staff are definitely kind and family-friendly. I think one of the hardest things for people who truly care about their hair is finding the right hair stylist/salon. While in search of a place I can trust I stumbled on this salon on yelp. It's located in a very small plaza next to the morrow Walmart. It's one of those places that you just don't realize it's even there. I came on a Tuesday afternoon and at first I was the only customer but it later got very busy. I was greeted by a Mom figure who by the way is very much part of the team. She washed my hair, swept hair on the floor, and helped to blow dry my hair. Jessica and TC were working this day and they both tagged team on my hair as well since it was just them. It was great bc I didn't have to wait on Jessica to finish with someone else and it kept me from feeling neglected. They both were super nice and conversation was casual and not the nosy Asian kind. I was even offered water/soda while I was there. Salon cleanliness was fair to good. My chair still had hair from the previous person on the arm rest. Now let's get to the hair. I have not cut my hair in over a year and when I arrived I still didn't know what to do with it! Jessica helped me talk it out and gave suggestions and we came to a mutual decision- shoulder length, layers, highlights, dark brown. Process took about 3-4 hours but let me tell you something....I LOVED IT!! It has been a while that I have been truly impressed with my haircuts. The cut was detailed, you can actually see the layers, and the color was awesome. I left feeling that I really got a nice transformation. Went home and Hubby loved it. Went to work and a week later I'm still getting compliments. The cut and color set me back $150 but I will be back!! read more

Sooo glad I stumbled on this place. I haven't cut my hair for over a year and half because my last one was so bad. I finally caved because the damage was unbearable.
