There are some staff members that stand around just talking as if they do not have anything to do. Cleanliness: The store is clean with no garbage in sight and is well stocked and organized. Items are easy to locate in this store. Pricing: The prices varies but most of the items are cheaper than other places. You just have to use your best judgement to see if this store is cheaper or other competitors. My estate sale with Pink Lady Liquidation, LLC and Sarah Oliveri was one of the worst customer…read moreexperiences of my life. Sarah was difficult to communicate with (often did not return calls, texts or emails) and when she was at my home the day of sale preparation, she was rude and impatient. She raised her voice with me more than once and it was all I could do not to ask her to leave and not return. She took jewelry and watches with her that day without telling me and of course I had to consider the worst-case scenario, which was that one of the several crew members there that day may have taken them. I texted her to ask about this later that evening when I realized they were gone, and later the next morning she let me know they had them to research further and metal test. No apology for causing me concern, or acknowledgement that perhaps one should not do that without notifying the home owner. She neglected to mention additional parking near-by in a small business lot in the sale listing, despite my telling her that the owner had granted permission for use during the sale (my street is short with little parking available). A few days after the sale ended (low turnout and poor sales) I received a bill via email showing that I owed her over $600 as the minimum threshold of $2000 for sales had not been met. No personal note with that, text or phone call. Lots of lovely items gone as if they were given away; $2000 is a low threshold for vintage, antique, collectible items, suitcases, bedding, table linens and cookware along with some jewelry, several nice resin watches and some furniture. The only bright spot was that the two crew members who were there during the two days of the sale, Stacey and Casey, were sweet, kind and communicative. I was able to sell many of the leftover items online and more than made up for the financial loss caused by this estate sale, so that was a big help. I have read many positive reviews for Pink Lady and it's as if people are talking about services and an owner that I did not utilize. Reminded me eerily of the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and you can deduce which one I got! Someone mentioned that Sarah was having health issues, and if true I would not wish that for anyone. But regardless of what was going on in her personal life, there is no excuse for the unprofessional behavior and conduct I encountered. I encourage others to exercise their due diligence and explore other and better options that are out there.
