I understand that photos get taken to post on social media and we love seeing them but this employee seems to just have her face glued to the screen and it just seems unsafe and unfair to the dogs. I have found that the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when I'm looking for products. And, they also remember and recognize you and your pet(s) - even the ones that aren't yours that you show up with on occasion! Lastly, they are just dog people here! They have openly told me that it's totally okay to bring my pup here on those cold days when it's not safe outside - and to just walk her around the store for exercise - no purchase necessary.
