Just put that stuff in the side. It really kills the gyoza. The sushi rice is also strange in taste. Not sweet but very heavy in the rice vinegar they use. I wonder if what I had was a bad batch. The salmon in both my McCallen roll, and Philly roll were off color and super fishy in taste. If you ever had bad fish, it's that type of fishy taste.
