I had already seen a podiatrist who told me she couldn't diagnose the problem without a $1000 MRI, but added that I would probably need an expensive orthotic walking boot or even more expensive physical therapy for several months. While I was weighing these options, a friend recommended a visit to Bilby for a second opinion. When I saw him, I explained the story and the podiatrist's recommendations and he said very quickly that it was all unnecessary because I very clearly had tendonitis in my ankle that was the result of tension in my lower back pulling the muscles in my legs, which were then tightening the muscles in my ankle. He said a simple alignment on my lower back should take care of everything. I was skeptical, but after a very quick and painless adjustment, my pain felt better immediately! I had one more alignment with him a week later and the pain disappeared completely. And it cost me less than $100! For the record, I have three other friends with very similar stories, and Dr. Bilby helped them all. He couldn't be friendlier, either. He's a super friendly guy with a great bedside manner who just wants to help people. I strongly recommend him if you're feeling pain anywhere, even if it's not in your back. Thanks Dr. Bilby!
