Further, although customers have already paid for services--including those accrued during the notice period--those services are subject to a 90-day expiration. After that, they are forfeited with no refund or extension. Similar practices involving expiring paid credits have been challenged in cases involving companies such as Audible. These policies raise significant consumer protection concerns and should be reviewed.
