This is a food truck, the hours aren't always certain, but the service is consistent and prompt, which is half the battle with Food Trucks. The people taking the orders are very hospitable and friendly. The food is good, it's just not got the spice level I expect out of Thai food and the noodles are sometimes overcooked. Best and possibly only Thai food in town. They have many options to choose from. My favorite is the Yakisoba noodles with shrimp. If you like extra spice I'd recommend asking for it hot. i frequently purchase from this food truck and have always been pleased. pleasant owners. huge servings. unfortunately the last time I ordered the Tom Ga soup it was so spicy, I couldn't eat it. i added 2 cans of coconut milk to it and it was still too spicy. it is easier to add spice for those who request it but impossible to adjust it after the fact. very disappointed and a deterrent to me to go back anytime soon. read more

It's a did truck across from Love's Travel Stop. It's did truck with absolutely the most amazing Thai food! $11 for most items. Huge portions. We had the #4 (very popular) and a red #10. The only negative thing I'd say about it is I wish they'd serve their curry separately from the rice, like in a soup container, instead of just mixing it all together and shoving it in a box.
