For the next few weeks I worked with several other therapists (females). I was scheduled with Ian and he was just as great as Cody. The female I worked with the most couldn't wait to get rid of me. somehow she calculated 3 months visits but I've only been there 2 months. She reminded me about termination during each visits with her. In total I worked with 4 female therapists. And I swear they seemed afraid to touch me, but I see them giving massages to other. I live in Queen Creek and have been one hundred percent satisfied with the treatments received at Banner Physical Therapy. I was fortunate to initially be diagnosed and treated by Debbie, the office manager. Debbie took the time needed to assess the shoulder injury. I was impressed with how thorough and determined she was. When she finished her assessment, she warned me that she would be applying extreme pressure in order to alleviate the pain. Whatever pressure point application she used- she was monumentally successful. By the time I got home, the pain had gone from about a level 9 to nearly non-existent. There was a 'shadow' of a pain that made the injury a memory. I saw Debbie again after a subsequent back injury. She was astute enough to send me back to my doctor. I had fractured a disc and was just living with the pain. Debbie is an amazingly talented medical provider and I am so grateful to have the benefit of her expertise. The office staff is also incredibly proactive in doing everything possible to make appointments and assist with insurance. Thank you for a fantastic, caring and professional resource!

I was such a late-notice appointment that I was expecting them to just check it out real quick, give me some advice, and send me on my way. They did so much more! First off, the Physical Therapist, Mike, is one of the coolest people you'll meet. He worked on my shoulder, told me what was wrong, and had his Assistant, Courtney, loosen the muscles. They iced my neck and used a machine to stimulate my shoulder. Mike's wife was there helping me and other patients and making the office run smoothly. They're all very skilled at what they do and everyone I interacted with was so genuine, kind and helpful. I'm super impressed and even more thankful.
