Let me tell you, I was utterly wowed the very first day when Rick and his son, Alec, came to give an estimate. At that point, the water was not turned on due to missing valves on the faucet pipes. Rick was kind enough to put the valves on for me so I could have water (and toilets!) for the week until he could come to do the entire job, which was so incredible. All you have to do is watch Rick and Alec for 5 minutes or less before you realize you are in the presence of greatness. I do not say that lightly. Rick is clearly at the top of his field and absolutely knows what he's doing. Alec is very blessed to be learning from his dad and it's clear he's picking it up very well. I'm attaching pictures to prove what a scam this company, or at least its employees, are. I then had to buy filters myself and replace them, giving less than zero value to their maintenance plan.
