They use a texting system that lets you know exactly when the crew will be at your place. I found that very helpful. Shawn diagnosed the issue, recommended a strategy and gave me a quote that fit within my expectations. He performed a replacement and tested the new unit. Beware of this company. Very unprofessional. We have them so many chances. They were supposed to fix a leak and shower that did not have hot water. They fixed it but the shower knob did not stay put. It turn 360 degree every time when we turn in the water. They scam people. Promise stuff on the text but never come on the day they said. I got out of work or not go to work to wait for him and still nothing. I left messages and they never return the call. We paid for a service and they do not fulfill it. My niece wanted to file with bbb. She research this company and he had his license suspended. I was like what ? She showed me. The company is shady. They also come into our house with dirty feet and not cover over their shoes. We don't like that. They need to respect people's house. What is better than service on a Sunday!! My shower cartridge had let go, had to shut main supply off to my house. I called early on Sunday morning. I was having issues with a sewer gas smell in my bathroom. We tried two other plumbers that charged us around $400 each to come and spend 15-20 minutes and all they did was change out the toilet ring which we knew wasn't the issue as we had just had our toilet replaced. Shaun responded almost immediately to my request for help on YELP. Not only did he go above and beyond (even coming on weekend days), but he also actually investigated for the source of the issue. We weren't easy customers as we had decided on renovating the bathroom entirely, so he had to keep coming back. He was pleasant, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and fixed a number of things, not just 1. Including some that had come up during the reno. If you need a plumber, look no further. After determining that it was a drain line and wasn't a dire emergency we set up an appointment for the next day. My toilet started leaking from the tank. I needed a tank to toilet repair kit, but I wasn't sure. Put out a request on thumbtack app and Shaun gave me a call. He told me to send him a picture of the toilet, then suggested a new toilet would be just a bit more $$$.
