This place is awful. First, they try high pressure sales tactics to get you to sign up for their…read moremonthly membership. Even if you say you already know about their membership, the discounts, etc. they will just argue with you about how much money one would save having a monthly membership. We all know that is complete bullshit. They push that on you because the average person will not visit the car wash enough times to make up for the added cost. Secondly, The wash is mediocre for an automatic system. You do have access to their towel station and vacuums, but I can drive 1/2 mile down the road to the next car wash and they hand dry your car and it is included in the price. My friend used Club Car Wash and told me he had to have his car paint repair due to the damage they caused. Apparently, a piece of metal got lodged on one of the roller brushes and whacked his car repeatedly. In Summary, it is best to skip this place and go just about 1/3 of a mile down the road to Wash Guys car wash. They have been in business longer, provide a better wash inclusive of hand dry, and don't try the high pressure sales tactics and argue with him. Club Car Wash has the worst customer service of any place I have visited..

You get what you pay for, right? I figured for a promotional "$1 car wash today" sign out front,…read moreI'd get a garbage $1 wash. But for $1, why not? Was very impressed at the quality of the car wash for the $1 promo value, and quality like this for $10/mo? Heck yeah. Guys up front spent more time than other washes paying attention to the crap that builds up on your front grill and "power washing" it off. I've never had a front clean so effective that I didn't do myself. Then TONS of soapy wash was dumped over the top as i entered the automatic part of the wash. This stuff looked thick. Whatever the magic sauce was, it worked. This is the cleanest my truck has ever been after an automatic-style wash like this. The dryer blowers at the end were STOUT. My front hood was vibrating like never before at a car wash, and water blew into nooks and crannies that don't usually get wet at a car wash. So heads up - could get interesting if you have a convertible, especially a soft top. If your vehicle isn't nice and sealed up, I'll bet the blowers at the end blow water in. Very powerful. I personally was appreciative of the effective drying. I took advantage of the free towels and vacuum afrerward, and the towels were very nice - super soft. Yes, my windows still had a few water droplets after the impressive blowers, and the back of my truck and other small areas were still wet. But if I has to hit the road immediately after a wash here, maybe the blowers did a good enough job that whatever water wad left would evaporate without spotting. Maybe. Impressed.

Cougar isn't glamorous and they have basically zero customer support but because they manage to…read morekeep everything running and they keep the place clean, they win the 'best self service car wash business' competition in the Frisco, Colony, Little Elm area. Basically, every other self service car wash business within 10 miles is utterly horrible and Cougar, while not glamorous, gets the job done so 'In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.' If you need someone to talk to about your car wash experience at Cougar, you should probably get your car washed elsewhere because Cougar tends to have various anonymous people 'running' the facility, most of whom are never there and who also provide no means for contacting them. If you wash your car at least once a week, install the Coinless app and you'll be automatically be charged $25 / month which nearly always covers the time required to wash your car so it is worth it because you are basically paying a little over $6.00 per car wash. ($25/4 = $6.25). If you don't wash your car that often (let's say once or twice a month), then of course your cost per car wash goes up ($25.00/#washes per month) is $25 per wash if you only wash your car once a month. Since I have recently scaled back the number of times that I wash my car per month, I elected to delete my account from within the Coinless app, which, as far as I can tell, is the only possible way to keep them from charging me another $25 on the 23rd of this month. Similar to the Cougar Car wash, it is extremely difficult to actually find someone to talk to at the 'Coinless' company so I'll be watching my bank account for any future charges to my bank account after I delete my Coinless account via the Coinless app. Moving forward I'll just use quarters to pay for my car washes at Cougar.

If you tap to pay, no matter how quick you are, it charges you 10 dollars, sometimes randomly 25 dollars. It's almost impossible to get out having spent less than five dollars, especially because swapping the settings takes like 45+ seconds. Insanely bad value. Won't be returning.
