The attention to detail really stood out--every corner, every surface, even the little spots I usually ignore were spotless. My car honestly looked (and smelled) like it had just come off the lot. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush through it. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. If you're on the fence about where to go, this is the spot. I have been a loyal member through all their renovations and glitches with their equipment. I have had issues with the older gentleman guiding my car into the car wash, not paying attention to what he is doing. I brought it to the attention of the management staff as well. This past Thursday, I went to get my car washed, and the older man was there. Again, he waved me in, and I was not totally pleased with it. But it appears that as the rollers pulled my car in, all was well. My car got to the area transitioning from rinse to dry, and the two rollers that should have pulled my car along lifted my driver's front tire up and back. It appeared that it would pick up and pull my car forward, but it did not. I started blowing my horn so the attendant would stop the system. No one came, and the next minute, the system pulled the next car into my car. The car pushed my car forward as I kept blowing for someone to help. No one came, as there would be an attendant to assist. The manager on site who had no customer service experience, blamed me for the whole incident without even listening. I was extremely upset the way they handled the whole situation. Very unprofessional. They were not concerned about what happened, even though the same thing had happened two weeks prior on a Saturday. On that day, they had someone stop the rollers so that each vehicle that got hung up to go through. This time there was no one, and the manager on site acted as though this had never happened before. Beware of this car wash, especially if the old man is supposedly guiding your car in. He does not know what he is doing.

You do have access to their towel station and vacuums, but I can drive 1/2 mile down the road to the next car wash and they hand dry your car and it is included in the price. My friend used Club Car Wash and told me he had to have his car paint repair due to the damage they caused. Apparently, a piece of metal got lodged on one of the roller brushes and whacked his car repeatedly. In Summary, it is best to skip this place and go just about 1/3 of a mile down the road to Wash Guys car wash. They have been in business longer, provide a better wash inclusive of hand dry, and don't try the high pressure sales tactics and argue with him. Guys up front spent more time than other washes paying attention to the crap that builds up on your front grill and "power washing" it off. I've never had a front clean so effective that I didn't do myself. Then TONS of soapy wash was dumped over the top as i entered the automatic part of the wash. This stuff looked thick. Whatever the magic sauce was, it worked. This is the cleanest my truck has ever been after an automatic-style wash like this. The dryer blowers at the end were STOUT. My front hood was vibrating like never before at a car wash, and water blew into nooks and crannies that don't usually get wet at a car wash. So heads up - could get interesting if you have a convertible, especially a soft top. If your vehicle isn't nice and sealed up, I'll bet the blowers at the end blow water in. Very powerful. I personally was appreciative of the effective drying. I took advantage of the free towels and vacuum afrerward, and the towels were very nice - super soft. Yes, my windows still had a few water droplets after the impressive blowers, and the back of my truck and other small areas were still wet. But if I has to hit the road immediately after a wash here, maybe the blowers did a good enough job that whatever water wad left would evaporate without spotting. Maybe. Impressed.
