While the gentleman at the gate was polite and professional, the young lady assisting seemed unmotivated and unhappy to be there. The car wash itself needs serious improvements. The vacuum suction was weak, and they didn't even have air compressors available. I recommend skipping this place altogether and heading to Carnation, just a few miles away. Do not go to zip's car wash behind the Aldi's on Josie, the attendant (who is also a manager) told me the basic plus wash wash would do my undercarriage, and then when it was still dry another guy said that the pro wash, they sent me through the pro wash for free but my undercarriage was still dry. Then another employee said they don't have an undercarriage wash. And because they sent me theough the second time for free they won't do a refund. Now I gotta go spend more money somewhere else that will do an undercarriage wash. So if you want the salt washed off your undercarriage do not go to zips. read more

Love the location for the ample lanes and vacuums. Didn't like that they don't have people that do the towel dry for you like at the forest lane location. I feel that this one is spaced perfectly though. Also thought it was weird that they have a lane dedicated to members which is to the far right, but when I arrived she said that since my membership was purchased at another location I needed to reverse and go to another lane. I given this place 25 chances to be better. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Now towels in any bin. Spray in one bin. Two of the vacuums weren't working (and mind you they just repurposed the whole place ) because for two weeks, there weren't operating with no offer for anything. I go inside to get towels. The young man working, says can I help you, I said I need some towels. He's folding them. So I take two off the top of his stack. He takes them out of my hand and says, I'm brining them out. I took two more off the other pile and said, no sir, I have moved three times looking for towels and a working vacuum and I walked out. The staff are unsupervised and it shows. Horrible. HORRIBLE. Everything here is horrible. Whoever owned this carwash (Dreamwash) prior was amazing, new ownership HORRIBLE. Everything is now poorly cleaned, hardly ever any drying rags and the ones out smell rotten, no one available to help at the pay kiosk, and when we pull up to the wash we have had to honk to get an attendant to come out and start the wash. Our vehicle is supposed to be Pre-cleaned by the brush or spray hose and when this happens it's only 1/4 of the vehicle and the kid isn't even looking at what he is doing. I'm just so disappointed in the lack of quality and continuity of this car wash. Save your time and go somewhere else, unless you are ok with your vehicle looking like a toddler sprayed a hose on it and called it sparkling. read more

On 1/10/23 I took my vehicle through here to get my second weekly wash. While going through the machines shut off and when they regained power I heard loud bangs to the outside of my vehicle. I immediately went to the "Manager Jojo" where he was apologetic and put in a damage claim. After a week of not hearing anything I put in a complaint with the BBB and heard a response the same day. Fast forward to today the Auto Claims Manager "Kyle West" denied my claim stating that the damage was not consistent with anything inside the wash. I asked for camera footage and no one knows how to work them and I was told that there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, I will have to take these guys to court and prove them wrong there. This company double billed me for (18) months and when bank records were provided to them they only refunded less than half of the amount. They sent their customer service to Manila, Philippines and they are either inept or criminal. Review the noted complaints about them before doing any business with them. I would like to speak with any other customer that is interested in participating in a class action lawsuit against this company. Wow this was a bad car wash! They don't do any "prep" (most places use a brush to scrub the front) and so I thought well that's fine, the scrubbers will get it! Nope! one of the spinners on one side didn't spin (but the opposite one was spinning). Then the large/wide hanging strips were also not moving back and forth. The end result is a dirty front windshield. Didn't bother to go to vacuums and have more frustration, so skipped that. The reason I added an extra star (vs just one star) was because a woman came to help at the payment kiosk and was SUPER nice. She was the best part! read more

So as you can plainly see...tire shine that was paid for extra didnt go on, we mention it to the guy who was acting like the manager all the sudden said "yeah no problem boss 100% we can take care of that..." then a few moments later mind you we are already done hand drying the car and basically hand washing as well because the super fast car wash didnt really do anything, another lady comes out and breaks the news that" while they are aware the tire shine didnt go on and it was their bad...they wouldnt be doing anything to honor it unless we wanted to rewash the car again..." as the car was already dry at this point we asked for the refund of the tire shine which they also declined,even though it was an issue with their applicator when we drove through, 17$ which is 12$ for the basic wash and 5$ for tire shine, for a half clean car and no tire shine we paid extra for, and a scratched up car,keep away, nicely appointed building but bottom of the barrel service, and honestly its best to probably just wash it at the house.wont be coming back and actively redirecting people away from this butcher shop of a car wash. Awful $12.00 car wash! I use the one farther down 423 but they have been closed the last 2 days. For $15 a month unlimited it is hands down better. This place has no sprayer before and no one towel drying, the worst was it didn't nothing to clean my car! I have a black car and had sprinkler spots on the front didn't even touch that or the dirt I had to spray it all down with windex. Even if the other one doesn't open I will NEVER come back to Zips. The Zips Car Wash at 6100 North Josey Lane used to be excellent. I have been extremely dissatisfied lately. I used this car wash on Jan 19, 2024 and Feb 20, 2024. Both times required me to re-wash the windows due to the streaks and film. The grill, portions of the side panels and rear of the car did not get cleaned. I am not sure what happened to this place in the last two months, but I will not be back any time soon. read more

Just kept going downhill the last few years we used it and the new $15 surprise increase was the final straw. I don't remember the name before Zips bought it, but it went down after it became Zips. Half the 'new' brushes don't spin, they're really aggressive and bend my mirrors in or backwards yet somehow don't actually clean, car is so wet and soapy after the rinsing and drying portion, literally every other time my car isn't even sprayed with the soaps at the beginning at the entrance either! Some times the soaps and such that get sprayed are different like sometimes I get the wax, sometimes I get the under car or tire water spray with the tire shine sprayed on, but most of the time not, so I don't think they're actually loading up the 'premium' wash they're supposed to. Well, I know they're not since there's been so many times my car gets zero soap at all on entry. THEN they up the monthly fee to $45 from $30 with no notice? I think not. Got me twice but I cancelled today, which surprisingly was easy, so one star for that. I've also been hit on multiple times while trying to dry my car or chatted up to then be given their business cards to for their side gigs.. photography, graphic design, etc., like I'm just trying to clean my car in peace.
