Tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt but after waiting since March 4th to correct what wasn't fixed, I decided to send in this review. This is after a scratch REMOVAL job I paid for. All it took was rain to wash away whatever was used to mask the scratches and that formula also appear as a white cast over my car. My car was service Feb 16th, I didn't wash my car because we got considerable amount of rain in SoCal. On March 3rd I noticed scratches reappeared on my car. I contacted the company March 4th to resolve the issue. I did say it wasn't a rush but that's a mistake because I reached out multiple times, I get a response, but still no fix. I decided today I would write this Yelp review only because I am no longer getting a response. Pics attached are the scratches that still appear on the car after the job and rain. Update 5/2/2023: Soooo I will let the screen shots speak for themselves in response to the owners message. First few texts in March he would call right after my texts. I answered him quickly. By April 21st after waiting and waiting I decided not to answer his call so he would text and I have proof of the lack of service. Just got finished getting into an altercation with these gentlemen because I told them I had a stain that (when wet) gets on clothing and other stuff. I asked them if they could fix that they told me yes they could. After they finish I wipe the seat with a paper towel and its still there and they go it'll never come out completely. So they take a picture of it being clean on the top but when its wet it still stains. So my problem didn't get fixed and they really tried to fight me for this. I don't even like writing yelp reviews but these guys were straight assholes about it. Like bruh, I tried to be nice about it and the two older dudes just bitching at me. The young dude was cool about it and more understanding but obviously the other two were the owners or something and total asses about it. Moral of the story: if you guys have a stain on the seat they cant fix, they will bitch at you if you quality check them. P.S. They even missed spots on the side door panels and gave me shit about that too. EDIT: This guy really trying to say I wanted a free detail. I said I couldn't pay full price if you guys couldn't fix the one problem I asked you guys to fix. I never said I wanted it brand new so stop putting words in my mouth. I said if there is one thing I want fixed in the car was that I didn't want that stain to get on stuff when it was wet. I didn't even care about the rest of the car. WOW! Our 2014 Chevy Volt didn't look this good when we bought it used 3 years ago. The owner's name is Keith and he not only made our car look amazing but he was genuinely one of the nicest guys I have met. Keith was running late from the original time frame he gave us but he also made sure he called us well before the original time frame to let us know he was running behind. He made sure we were ok with the delay and arrived promptly during the new time frame. I had taken the car to a local car wash a few days ago and the finish looked really bad even though the car was technically clean so I knew it was overdue for a detailing. I was honestly afraid that my poor maintenance and not so frequent car washes had done permanent damage to the finish but thankfully I was wrong. Keith took his time, was thorough on the inside *AND* outside of the car. He went over the outside with the clay bar and by the time he was done it truly looked like it was brand new. Car exterior wash/wax looks good. Rims were not cleaned thoroughly, when the car was brought up the driveway afterward the undersides showed oily grime was not cleaned (see pic). Full detail done in two hours. However, the workers left trash behind in the gutter and on the sidewalk. Overall, I'm pleased with the work and would recommend them. I contacted him via Yelp based on his reviews and he immediately got back to me with a quote and set up a day to come detail the interiors of both my Mazda sedan and Chevy Tahoe. He was on time, and together with his son in law Jorge, did an EXCEPTIONAL job on both the cars that were in our driveway, while I worked inside.
