It felt rushed and like I was inconveniencing them. It felt like I had to do most of the work just to communicate basic information, and that concerns were somewhat dismissed, which felt uneasy when getting a service done. I was given a rough time for when my car would be ready when I asked, but there wasn't clear communication about how I'd be notified until I asked. The worker didn't even have my phone number on file until I brought it up, so if I hadn't asked, I'm not sure how they were expecting to contact me. I ended up calling to check on my car since I hadn't seen any activity, and that's when the owner, Lux who picked up mentioned there were delays since this morning with other vehicles. I completely understand that tinting can be a time-consuming, detail-oriented process and delays can happen, but it would have been appreciated to have clear and respectful communication from the beginning when I arrived especially for an expensive service. After my call, the owner, Lux was very attentive and made sure to follow up when my vehicle was ready, and the tint worker also reached out. Upon pickup, the worker also made a somewhat weird comment regarding timing, which added to the overall uncomfortable experience.Overall, maybe I just had a bad experience with the service worker, and I'm hoping the tint itself turns out fine, but nothing was really explained in terms of information included with my tint install, which felt pretty disappointing for the price and type of service. I wish I could say I had a good experience. It was TERRIBLE. Went in Dec 29 for a straightforward…read moretint job. They were done in 35 mins (first bad sign). A few days later, I see bubbles forming. A few days after that, more bubbles.. they are growing in count and size. Emailed them and got an appt to fix the bad job on Jan 12. NONE of the bubbles had gotten better. Got there at 9am on Jan 12. Sign said "open" but no one is there." No calls, no emails, I get nothing. One of the employees is hanging out in front of the business so we chit chat a bit. 30 mins later Carlos shows up. NO apology, no hello, nothing. They pull the car into the garage, and 40 mins later they are done again. I go to inspect the car, and literally a giant bubble pops up at the bottom of the window. Carlos does come out and take care of that, but once I got home, some more small bubbles had formed. Carlos made the point to me, "hey, no job is perfect." Wrong, I have had many cars (have several now) over the past 30+ years. Have tinted dozens of cars, with the exception of one, they were all perfect. I'm not going back - if I have more problems I'm just ripping the tint off and going someplace else.. Just no trust for MV. And the funny thing is, I was thinking of taking my high end weekend car for a wrap job... if they can't do tint, they can't do wraps. So sad to say: AVOID, AVOID MV AUTO TINTING.
