Andy did a car for us about 15 years ago and took a chance to see if he was still around as the experience and the quality was top notch! Fast forward to 2020...he responded in less than 24 hours and was able to get us in same day! He showed up in the driveway as scheduled and knocked out 5 windows in a bit over 2 hours (this included redoing two windows thanks to dog hair that he spotted, talk about meticulous). We stayed on the lighter side with the tint as we just wanted the cut some sun and add a little fun to the factory look. (As I said 15 years later...I didn't want to "pimp my ride"...getting too old for that kid stuff, the car is clearly not a limo, and there are no paparazzi chasing us) This guy island braddah has it down with quality, service and value, hope he's still around another 15 years. Call him, Andy will treat you right!

Andy did a car for us about 15 years ago and took a chance to see if he was still around as the experience and the quality was top notch! Having used Andy twice so far for all-around ceramic tint for my Tesla Model S and Model Y, I'm extremely happy and will be coming back to Tint on Wheels until Andy retires. Andy tinted my new 2020 BRZ and was really easy to coordinate schedules with, arrived to my home on-time and finished within 2 hours. He did all of my windows including a visor strip on the front windshield. Overall the tint job was a good one and despite the challenge of the cramped interior and extremely sloped rear windshield, he got it done. After a week of letting the tint dry, I found a handful of dust particles on the rear windshield and visor strip, and decided to send photos to Andy to get his opinion. He was honest in his response, offering an explanation, refund, and redo. For now I won't take him up on that offer since there's warranty coverage and it doesn't bother me from the inside of the car, but I genuinely appreciate that he stands by his work. read more

Texted him and he reponded right away. The work was done in the driveway and was on time which I like. Instead of going to the shop, he is the one who goes to you. Very nice guy! I did 20% tint back and rear windows. Looks good and nice sun protection for my 2 year old. No need to put a sunshade on the back and rear windows. Work is very professional. I have been wanting my windows tinted in my car for a few years now, but things always prevented that from happening as it just wasn't a priority. However, I decided to commit to it and have it done. I had my car windows tinted once before, but I was impressed as after a year it was peeling and and just stripping off. So, I did some research, I decided on Tint on Wheels. I loved the fact that it was a mobile service and Andy was very responsive and quick. He got me in the same week and was done in about an hour. Nicest guy and since I didn't know anything about tint and the different films and The law concerning tinted windows, he was honest and I appreciated it. At first, I was going to get all of my side windows front and back and my rear window tinted, but in talking to him, he advised me that he can do whatever I wanted but just understand that any tinting on the front side windows are technically against the law. So, I opted not to as I had a cop pull me over for a traffic stop and also gave me a fix it ticket and just didn't want to deal with the hassle. We are now almost a week in and everything looks great. I should be able to roll down the back windows as of tomorrow since it had to cure about 5 days but I may just wait a few more days just to be sure since it has been cold. I would recommend his services as he has been in the business for quite some time. read more

Chose Gold (highest option available assuming thats the best quality) and before making a payment, thought it be better to pay after the Tinting service is done, so called their 888 number, booked an appt. Same same packages were offered, but this time, $200 extra charge because "my car" is not in their system (how convenient). Said, no thanks and hung up. 10 mins later the same person calls me back and says, we found your car (it was a computer glitch) and now there is no extra charge, just the $399 for the top of the line package. Reconfirmed that it was best heat rejection, ceramic tint, includes front windshield. Answer was Yes for all. I show up at my appt time expecting to give the car keys and leave (all info was already entered on the phone) but I was escorted into an office and told that the package I have is the cheapest quality and I should upgrade to the next 2 levels (Diamond & Platinum), neither were offered on the website or on the phone. I was ready to get up and leave, when the "owner/manager" was brought in. He listened to the story again and said "OK, I will take care of it and honor the price". Didn't stop there, when I asked to update the website to make it more transparent pricing, he said "Website is under construction", then goes on to blame the callcenter agent saying he will investigate, then blames sales guys that they didn't do their job. While all this is going on, another customer waiting in the lobby over hears our conversation, opens the door and is mad that he is honoring the price for me when he was scammed the same way (quoted $280 one the phone and charged $600, after negotiation, in the store). The owner leaves me in the room and talks to the other customer and honors him his original quoted price. While that conversation is happening, another customer walks in.....same story. You get my drift. The 3rd customer also had a quality issue with a huge stain on the ceiling of her car and was demanding that it be fixed right away. Needless to say, there were enough signs to run and save me more hassle. I would recommend the same to all of you. Save your time, money, car and peace of mind. Just go to the next honest Tinting business down the road. Just in case the owner retaliates to this post, I have proof of the appointment, screenshots of the website as of this post, to show that I was indeed there, but didn't choose to take their services after enough signs telling me to stay away.

I then had a few different companies come out to fix and replace the two difficult corner windows. The owner of Anytime Glass named Hakim came out and was extremely knowledgeable about windows. He knew the most about windows, his price was the most reasonable, and he was a genuinely good man! We then hired Anytime Glass to replace and install two new, difficult to install corner windows. We also decided to replace a front window with a specially tinted security window. Anytime Glass did a fantastic job on every window, even the difficult corner windows! Just to be sure, we even had a licensed contractor friend come out and inspect the newly installed windows. He was so impressed by the quality of the installation that he hired Anytime Glass as a subcontractor for his contractor company! Hakim even examined a weatherstripping problem I had with my front door, and fixed it at no cost. What a gentleman! I then hired Anytime Glass to replace a guest bathroom shower door. I had been told that the space was too tight and there could be no shower door installed. Hakim looked at it and said, yes, it can be done. I trust Hakim will do a great job. Excellent service and good price doing my new insight, the only inconvinience is having to wait 3-5 days not rolling down the windows. Tha's how long it takes for the film to cure. Very professional and the Honda dealer in Colma uses his services as well. I am sure no dealer would use this service unless it is top of the line. I just waited 1 hour. Do not be discourage by the website, it is simple and the browser using Norton puts a gray question mark, nothing fency, it gives the most important information, no speaking to a secretary or dealing with complicated phone systems. The savings are pass down to the consumer, not a bad idea in this economy. read more

Andy does all of our fire equipment. Creating an environment for firefighters to be able to recuperate after long hot fires proves effective in being able to get the employee's vital signs back down to within normal limits. We have also had him install clear UV tint on the drivers side doors to cut down on exposure to harmful UV which can lead to skin cancer. Andy is very professional and punctual. I literally called him this morning and within an hour he was at our location in the Oakland Hills working on our fire equipment. Very happy to have him and would recommend him to anyone. read more

It's peeling in several places and it's not covering a lot of places because he didn't fold it under after wrapping he cut too short. Also my hood vents look like crap. Horrible job.
