I called because my Invisalign retainer is starting to tear and wanted to understand the process for ordering a replacement. Angelina said she wasn't sure and that I would need to come in. I explained that I now live over an hour away in Atlanta and was simply hoping to speak with someone before making the drive. As I tried to understand why someone couldn't just explain the process over the phone or return my call, she became increasingly frustrated with me. I wasn't asking for a diagnosis or treatment over the phone, I was just trying to find out what my options were before driving over an hour. I even said I was happy to wait for a call from Dr. Nikola or anyone on the team whenever they had time. Instead, I left the conversation feeling like I was inconveniencing her for asking a reasonable question. It was an unexpectedly dismissive interaction, especially considering I've been a patient for years. I hope it was just an isolated customer service issue.

My daughter was referred to this group by her dentist. We only took her there because it was one of…read morethe few orthodontist covered by our insurance. We asked for a quote, not an estimate, for the entire treatment less what insurance covered. We paid this amount in full upfront. Everything was fine for the first 12 months. Now we received a bill for almost $300. We called and were told that the bill was due to the fact that they did not collect the total amount from insurance. What is the point of paying upfront for the total service if they are going to keep adding costs without additional services? She did not need additional visits, or hardware. Unfortunately we are half way through her treatment and have already paid them thousands of dollars. We are stuck. Due yourself a favor and avoid this group or you too could end up paying more than you expected
