I can't say enough about the Gainesville team. I have spent a considerable amount on my teeth and thanks to this group my teeth are stable. The hygienist educated me on proper care and she is very very gentle. Office management is professional and helpful with processing your insurance. Great Expressions Dental required extensive travel and loss of income for scheduled pediatric dental appointments, then failed to provide services as scheduled. Staff were dismissive and unprofessional, and one child was denied a cleaning after hours of waiting. This appears to be a pattern of poor business and patient practices. read more

Worst service you could ever go to in Gainesville GA and i am not talking about the doctor is the lady in front desk who answers the calls. (Jessica) is very rude and unprofessional she gets very aggravated with any questions you ask in regards of insurance , date consultations or anything. I had a despite issue with her this morning , i wanted to make a appointment as a new patient and "Jessica" offer me a schedule till the month of Aug. (Mind you i am calling from the month of April) i try asking her if there is any available for this month she immediately responded with a very rude tone "do you want it the appointment or not" As well when i ask her last name, she responded with "I don't have to give you my name" I still don't believe her real name is "Jessica" and if so please have a talk with that lady. My grandmother goes to the same dentist and my grandma recognize who is she is and admit she is very rude to her as well. If its true that the line was being recorded please go back and listen to the audio because i am no 'Karen" but she did over pass her limit with her job assistance. I had gone in for a regular cleaning and 6 month check up a while back. I didn't have the chance to review at the time. This place is horrendous. The office is not welcoming and the dentist is horrible. She had told my sister she had 8 cavities! Like what?! The last dentist we had never had an issue like this. She didn't even show us where all the cavities were. I had been blessed with only one cavity. She did not numb me at all even though I had requested it. I just wanted a topical numbing cream and she said that I didn't need it. Like everyone else, I am scared of the dentist. She was cold and apathetic towards me even when I expressed my pain and discomfort, telling me to stay still. I have not gone back since and have gone to a different practice. I went as a first time patient, been to my local dentist for many years but I had a insurance change and had to go in network. I went in for a cleaning which my insurance pays for 100 % and left without one. they said I needed a mouth piece that was 300.00 and I had some infection in the gums of 1 tooth. Then they would not clean my teeth unless I paid a extra 167.00 for a special cleaning and antibiotics put into my gums. my teeth don't hurt and have never been told all the crap. so I said you not going to clean my teeth unless I pay for all this extra and they said yes. I was there 3 hours for them to up sale me and talk, talk, talk on all kinds of crap, but no teeth cleaning. please do not go there. read more

After many failed attempts and the front office never keeping in contact with me I finally gave up on a pair of prepaid dentures. They said they would refund my $510. They even said they tried to deposit it twice into my account which turned out all to be a lie. They basically stole $510 from me. Do not go here read more

I had a great experience with Dr. Bleecker at Great Expressions in Gainesville, Ga. He is the nicest most caring dentist I have ever had. He has a fantastic chair side manner and truly cares about his clients. I had top dentures done through him and they have worked out well. I would highly recommend him to anyone. read more

The dentist here is a scam artist. I was told I needed $8000.00 in dental work. 6 crowns, a root canal and some fillings. I was in shock and went to Aspen Dental in Gainesville for a second opinion where I was told I needed several fillings and that was it. I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. read more

I would strongly suggest before you sign anything especially when you are in pain going to this place you better make sure you understand fully. The dentist was a sweet lady but the office manger is deceptive.. Don't believe me? Ask for a refund and watch how quickly things change. Smiling faces sometimes can b your worst nightmare. This office is by far one of the best dental practices I've had to pleasure of being a patient of!! Dr Uddin is awesome she takes her time to explain what work you need and shows she cares to help you get back to the oral health you need . The front office staff is very warm and welcoming .
