Don't bother booking an appointment if you value your time. This place routinely overbooks patients to maximize profits. Every single time my family and I book appointments, we are there for a minimum of 2 hours for a simple routine cleaning. I've been a patient of theirs for the last several years. The wait time has only gotten worse, so I don't get my scheduled cleanings as often as I should. If you doubt this, call to schedule a cleaning, and you will find that the nearest appointment is at least 6 months away. I only see Dr. Obed Soto, as I had a negative experience with Dr. Abigail Soto. She made me feel unwelcome in her practice, and I always felt rushed with her. She never said anything rude, but I felt uneasy around her for some strange reason. Dr. Obed Soto had always been cheerful, made me feel welcome, and listened to my concerns. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am to have some cosmetic work done. I arrived early, hoping I would get in on time. I was finally called to the back around 10:15- 10:20ish. The hygienist was very polite and kept telling me that the dr. would be in soon. I kept hearing the prompt for the doctor playing on the internal paging system for my room state, "doctor, doctor," hoping it would alert him to my room. Nearly 30 minutes passed, around 10:50, and the hygienist came back in and asked if I wouldn't mind seeing Dr. Abigail instead, since Dr. Soto was still with another patient. I declined due to unpleasant experiences I had with her in the past. This was the last straw. My family and I will no longer visit this practice. If you are ever late or miss an appointment, they will charge you. If they are late, which they will be, tough. My point is, they want you to value their time, but they don't value yours. Dentists' offices like this one only care about one thing: $$$$. Jam as many people through the door as possible. If you enjoy sitting in a packed lobby, this is the place for you. read more

I came in for a new patient visit last year. The staff was friendly, efficient, and well-trained. There was not much of a wait time. I was seen by the hygienest 1st & then Dr. Abigail Soto came by to perform my exam. I had a great experience - everyone was so professional and easy to talk to. They took their time performing treatment and explaining everything. In some offices in the past, I've felt like the office was overbooked with patients and rushing through things with me. I never got that feeling here - I was treated like a valued patient. I've recommended them to many of my friends. They have locations of both the east & west side. read more

The service was fine I guess but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I showed up 20 min prior hoping to get in earlier but I didn't which was fine; however, I then waited an additional 25 minutes, and once I was in the room I was waiting for my tech because she kept socializing and was refilling the glove boxes. When my appt was finally over, I literally just needed my paperwork scanned and signed, and I stood there for 5 minutes while the receptionist talked about personal issues. She finally takes my form to get signed and is moving slow as hell so I finally said I was running late and she finally scans it in. I could've taken ten minutes off work instead of 50, which is the most frustrating part. Extremely dissatisfied with how this appt went and not sure id go back. read more

Almost a year has passed since I've been able to smile and feel like everyone else . My front left tooth (or tooth number 9 I learned) was broken one night when I was assaulted walking home in San Francisco . I woke up in the hospital after suffering serious trauma to my brain , stitches from the top of my bottom lip to the inside of the bottom of my chin , bruised ribs , a bloody leg and a broken front tooth . I was not sure what to do , I felt alone and sad and also very confused , why would anyone do this to someone ? When I looked in the mirror I just felt like I had done something wrong and it was my fault . Every time I would seek help , it just seemed harder and harder to find . I went to numerous dental clinics in the SF Bay Area but they either had an extremely long wait or their price range was just out of my field . I essentially just gave up and began accepting the fact that I would probably live with this broken face or get what was left of my tooth removed , I had lost all hope . Luckily my job required me to get a check up on my dental one last time before we went on the job and so it began . I was nervous at first from my previous experiences and I thought that they were surely going to tell me something I'd heard before , and I'm glad I was completely wrong . Dr. Soto called me into his office and immediately began taking X-rays and analyzing the situation that was my mouth . He asked me what had happened and I told him a little bit because I was just jaded and didn't want to open up to almost anyone . "When you walk out of here on Monday we will take care of this root canal and you will walk out with a tooth." I didn't know what to feel when he said that and for the first time in a long time I felt excitement again . That following Monday I showed up to Dr. Soto and Dr. Abby's clinic where the process began . I was amazed at how fast and clean the root canal looked before on the X-rays , their work compared to the Bay Area doctors looked like art in my eyes . The best past was that whenever I felt even the slightest of pain , Dr. Soto or Dr. Abby would just make it go away . Long story short and I know it sounds like I'm rambling but that Monday I did walk out with an improved root canal , an infection cleaned and cured and a TOOTH ! I really couldn't find the words to thank them all , not just Dr. Soto and Dr. Abby but the entire team as well as Dental 32 for my tooth . I'm sticking to my word and if I ever need any REAL dental work I'm flying back here to Texas . Again thank you all so much and every single time I smile it's thanks to all of you I wish I could give more . The memories that I choose to carry with me are few , but the ones that I do are of the moments and the people that make me feel safe and warm in my heart , I will always carry you with me wherever I go . I have been coming to see this dentist for almost two years now. Dr. Abby Soto is very professional and knowledgeable and answers all my questions no matter how small. There is never a long wait, I am seen within ten minutes or less. All the staff is super friendly. I have had four wisdom teeth removed here and I felt no pain whatsoever. I have also had my front tooth fixed which was chipped and have been smiling more often ever since. I always get the best care for my teeth at this office. I especially enjoy my cleanings with their hygienist. She takes the time to explain everything she is doing and is also very friendly. I would like to say this establishment is very professional and friendly, also I would like to say thank you to all of the staff there, who went out of there way in assisting me in my emergency, when everywhere i went they closed the doors in my face. the staff made me feel welcomed with their big smiles, i explained my financial issue and they assisted me and help me get qualified for assistance. Best Dental Experience ever I went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction ,but ended up signing up for a whole dental plan because of how great I was treated!!
