I can get pain meds to not feel the pain but can not see the dr until 11 days later. Meantime, I relinquished their services and went elsewhere to find out I had a logged piece of food between my gum and corner tooth. I was able to get the food removed but it caused and infection and I ended up on antibiotics. That did not stop the office from being even more hairdressing, they had the audacity to bill me for an older visit, which was a free consultation visit. They have also been asked 2 times in writing using the legal request form to send a copy of my file to me and another dentist, to this day they have furnished that. If this dentist has rude, taunting and ignorant receptionist then I would not use them. If this dentist wants to bill you for a service/visit you never signed for then I would not use them. IN A NUT SHELL, WOULD NOT GO THERE!

Nonetheless, I have been to a couple here in East El Paso (they'll remain nameless), that have not been satisfactory in my book. Dr. Kirwin is so awesome. She has excellent bedside manner, is extremely thorough and highly professional. You can tell she takes great pride in her work, and for that I am so grateful! I recently got a filling and a crown done. My new crown has me feeling like royalty! See what I did there?? No seriously though, the fit and color match are perfect, and the timing it took to come in was so quick! I will be coming back here for any further treatment and cleanings. The staff was also very accommodating with my availability and would give me a courtesy call if there was a cancellation on a preferred day. I really appreciate that! Sometimes it's hard to juggle life and little blessings like that are a breath of fresh air. I recently scheduled an appointment for my husband as well. I originally was going to go to someone else, but they were booked and said they work with The Dentist. I was hesitant but was able to get in right away. I showed up and the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY kind and patient, and was understanding about me being in a lot of pain. I had X-rays done and the examination, and I advised them I had a ton of anxiety from awful past experiences. Every single person who attended to me last Saturday and today have been nothing but kind and informative. I was still scared but they made sure I felt no pain before doing work, and always checking in to see if I was okay. Even wiping my tears I could not recommend them enough, especially if you have extreme dental anxiety.
