Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. He preformed a full maintenance, cleared my drain line, washed my outdoor and indoor coils and sanitized my inside unit. The charge for this service was truly as fair as it gets. Pricing was very fair!!! Jesus found I have a leak in my slab and he was very honest. He quoted me our piping was very old and he could fix the leak in the slab for 800$. He then informed me that if he fixed the leak it may not just be this time. He said I could end up with a leak somewhere else and then I'd pay another 800-1k to fix a second leak. He then suggested doing a repipe. I thought here we go, but then Jesus said he doesn't do tripping, but if it were his house he would put the band aid $ towards the repipe. He even made calls to try to get me set up with his old company, but the person he called no longer worked for the company. I told him it was ok and thank you for trying. He charged 285$ for the service and high tech listening equipment. Which I felt was a fair price. I have gone with re-piping my house with repipe specialists. I will review them as well. Fortunately, They give a 25yr warranty of the piping and lifetime workmanship. Unfortunately, I will not have the need for Jesus' services anymore b/c of the warranty, but you should def call him if you are in need of an honest caring plumber. We called Phillips and a serviceman was sent. Omar arrived promptly and crawled under to investigate the situation. He gave us a quote, gathered tools and pipe to fix the crack getting dirty and wet in the process. In about an hour, start to finish, the pipe was repaired and water back on.
