This particular place is geared to fitness and wellness drinks. Perfect for post workout. The list of smoothies is extensive with something for everyone. The smoothies are high protein and absolutely delicious! I went with the Chocolate Elvis and a cheesecake. Both were good and filling. The loaded teas and beauty drinks come in a wide variety as well. They do contain caffeine. I am mindful of my caffeine intake, so we didn't try any of these drinks. Honestly, we've been back 3 more times since we met with our friend, and every time the service has been very bland. However, whereas the service is just meh, the product is excellent.
