I squealed in excitement and he asked, "Would you like the bike plate too?" This tells me he wasn't selling me the product, he wanted to SHOW me another product with my namesake. There was one employee behind the counter that I could see. He sounded extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise. I overheard him speaking to a couple other customers, letting them know he was happy to help them look for anything in particular they were searching for. He could tell I was primarily window shopping, not looking for anything special. I noticed they were selling some interesting wall hanging that were reasonably priced.
