I needed a camera system spec'd out in a pinch to help monitor an elderly family member from out of town. I started calling vendors in El Paso on 1/3/2020. Jorge was my 3rd call. The others were hesitant to tell me anything over the phone not even being able to give me a ball park cost without an on-sight meeting. 10 days later I am still awaiting calls back from the other companies and Jorge has completed installation of my system! I'm a telecommunications architect/engineer, I am very technical and can run low voltage cabling, I just didn't have time to work on this myself with the issues I was dealing with. I told Jorge what I needed on our first phone call. He had budgetary pricing for me within a few minutes. I asked more questions about the solution he was proposing and he sent me screenshots and YouTube videos showing me exactly what I needed to see to understand the look/feel/operation. His pricing was very competitive and he was very informative and personable over the phone so I gave him the green light a few days later and he was off to the races! I had two of the most stressful weeks of my life starting on 12/27/2019 through about 1/10/2020 finding out that an 88 year old aunt of mine had been neglected by her stay at home nursing service and that the managers of the service had not provided me with a full accounting of her status. The items I found were truly upsetting. My aunt is like an innocent kid that cannot protect herself. This aunt is the last of my family in El Paso where my family immigrated in the early 1940's so I needed a way to see myself what her status was from out of town. The more I dug the more I found and the more upset I became. My aunt's nurses checked my vitals at some point and told me that I was stroke level blood pressure and was in an extreme exhaustion state; I'm normally pretty healthy. If I had the gamma ray exposure that causes Bruce Banner to turn into the Hulk, El Paso would have been on fire. Jorge (and his brother who helped him install the system) is one of the hardest workers I've ever met. This is a family business, he's been installing these systems for years even though he's pretty young himself. He's very proficient! He's very meticulous and detail oriented. I asked him to install this system like it was his abuelitas house and I can say that he 100% delivered on that request. In addition, we had many great discussions about technology, hot rods, bbq, our wives, our fathers and on and on and on, he's a great guy who quickly earned my trust that is not given frivolously to people. In addition to being a great technician, he helped me calm down and my blood pressure came back in check after one of our discussions :) His work results are amazing. The installation is very very clean. The cabling was done very professionally and he tuned the system to perfection. I have already recommended him to several people I am very close with in El Paso. I highly recommend Jorge and Premium Surveillance!!!

Consequently, I am in the process of severing my relationship with this company. Please do your self a favor do not do business with this company under any circumstances. UPDATE: We have tried twice to have this alarm service cacelled. We have also written letters to Tropacana homes & again we have received no response. There work is terrible. In our case we had our home reviewed by ADT & the amount of problems they missed were unbelievable. The owner is dishonest & abusive. I will have no more to do with him.

Over the years, I have had several Security companies monitor my home. I have dealt with…read moremis-calls, system malfunction, and high service costs. Upon moving back to El Paso I had the same issues until I noted a Maser Security sign and decided to call. My call was answered promptly by a person that not only took my call but was able to answer basic questions. An appointment was made for that same day. Mr. Maser arrived at my home, on time, and assessed my concerns. He took the time to explain his equipment, monitoring system, and other options available including cameras. After evaluating all his proposals, I decided to go with the security monitoring system, and cameras around the house. After the installation, he also took the time to update my cell phone with an app so that I could monitor my house when I was away. His courtesies attitude, prompt service, mindfulness, and his concern in helping me and my family keep safe was a major consideration in selecting his company.
