It took over 5 months and several trips into her shop because she does not respond to email or the phone. She only agreed to do the work by a deadline after I said I was coming to get the jacket. And she still didn't meet the deadline. When I picked up the jacket she discounted it saying it was because it took so long. But the letter embroidery was crooked and ran up on the seam, the artwork was much smaller and not proportionate. The cowgirl's head looks squished and she has a dark brown leg "chap" on one side which does not match the other side. I have now spent several hours taking it out and will find someone else to do the custom work. A very frustrating experience to say the least.
