However, if you want to return an instrument, you will have to drive to Cuyahoga Falls. They also pick them up for repairs from the school. The quality of the trumpet that my son received was excellent. One time, we received a faulty valve and they replaced it with no problem. Being able to rent instruments is nice and they provide cases and cleaning supplies too. I had a very good experience renting from here for the last couple years.

The selection is great, and they're expanding. The customer service is beyond anything you see anywhere else today. I was just stunned at how good they were as soon as I walked through the door! I'll also add that they will cater to almost any kind of musician, at any age, for any purpose! You just don't see that anymore! I highly recommend making the drive if you're a tad outside the area. Keep in mind, it's a small business and, if they're busy, it might be a second or two until they get to you but, believe me, they know you're there and can't wait to actually talk to you! The owner is a great family man with high values and it shows when and while you're working with him. It feels very family friendly and solo dude friendly. I do not take lessons there but two of the instructors for drums and guitar I've talked to, are great. Friendly, funny, interactive... there are many qualities you see here one would like to see across the spectrum of small and larger stores... regardless of the products being sold. When I leave the store, even if it's just to "BS" a bit... you feel like you've had encounters with some really cool very genuine folks... because you have had just that!

I have a guitar that had a hump in the neck around the 17th fret. It wasn't a fret issue but a…read moreissue with the way that the neck was set, fretboard, etc. He gave me a fair price to do the work and an estimate of two to three weeks. I called about two weeks in for the update. I had to call many times across several days to get a hold of him. I was told it would take another couple of weeks. Okay, no problem. This same pattern repeated for three months. When I finally got the guitar back, the work was in fact good. He had done a great job fixing the neck. However, I was starting to think that I'd have to get the law and lawyers involved to get it back. I wouldn't take anything there again no matter how good the work. It wasn't worth aggravation caused by his lack of professionalism.
