He worked for nearly 4 hours, and he was kind enough to saw off and remove a large tree root that was underneath some cement planks on my patio. The tree root was causing the planks to come up. He did this free of charge which is above and beyond. I chose Nehl's because they were the most reasonably priced pressure washing service in my area that I could find. But their low price is not representative of their quality of work, because they did an outstanding job. They were also timely, respectful, and communication was good. After install I called serenity air because my furnace was not heating after the temperature dropped to 30 they had a technician out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately. Later after the install I decided the system was just a little too loud for me. The sound didn't bother anyone else in the house and wasn't extreme.
