Absolutely incredible! My husband and I have nothing bad to say about Chris (owner) and his team! We kept our "live fusion" DJ and acoustic guitarist a big secret for our wedding day, and our guest were pleasantly surprised. Our family and friends left complementing our music selection and how much fun our DJ was. Chris was great to work with, and understood the vibe my husband and I wanted for the wedding, including the music selection for our wedding ceremony. We have not stopped getting compliments about our band for our wedding. They were truly amazing. Christian's voice in particular was complimented many times and everyone loved the addition of the sax. With covid we had to change our date and the band was extremely understanding and accommodating. We weren't sure how our guests would react with the current situation, but Christian had them all out on the dance floor dancing the night away. We couldn't have wished for a better experience with D'AMICO. Chris was quite accessible and checked in on us multiple times including the week of the wedding just to be sure everything was squared away for our big day. Chris D'Amico is an arrogant tool. We had left specific instructions as to where he was to set up his equipment. It is the spot in the venue where all the other DJs set up for other weddings. He decided to go against our request, so when we arrived at our reception, he was set up in the middle of the dance floor. When we asked him to move, he refused. We selected our venue because of the look of the dance floor, and we looked forward to having many pictures taken there. His face and equipment are in all of our first dance pictures. Our guests had to dance on the carpet of the venue because he took up so much space on our dance floor. Also we had designed the seating so that the older guests would be sitting farther from the speakers, but he set it up so they couldn't escape the noise. Also, perhaps because of the location of his speakers, a lot of people complained about the noise level. He told them all that they were wrong; he knows that is the correct level in his "professional opinion". When I asked him personally to turn it down, he simply said "If this is the biggest problem on your wedding day, then things are going pretty well for you." And he didn't turn it down. We had a choreographed routine for our first dance. He asked us several times to cut it short before we started. This was after we told him that we had spent months taking lessons to choreograph it and that we wanted the whole song. Then, during the dance, he talked over the song a lot. Guests complained about this. We had asked him to do one extra thing, and he agreed to it. Then he didn't do it, and when we questioned him about it he claimed we told him not to do it. We never told him not to do it-- it was pretty much our only request that we made. So instead of admitting that he forgot, or that he didn't want to do it, or that he can't change from his consistent routine, he tried to convince us that we said something we never said. He came to me during the wedding and scolded me for spending "too much time taking pictures in the photo booth." Pretty sure I should be the one to make the decision on how I want to spend my time, with my guests, during my wedding... Well apparently he wanted the booth to himself, since we discovered a few pictures of him in the photo booth!! So glad I paid him so much to have my wishes rejected, and his fun time in the photo booth! He is extremely arrogant. Every meeting with him is spent listening to him brag about how amazing he is. And he lies about his music knowledge. Bring up an artist and he will pretend to know him. Even try making someone up, he will pretend to know him. Oh and in addition, he brought more people with him than were on the contract, so the venue had to adjust for the extra meals. So, in summary, if you want an arrogant know-it-all to go against all of your requests and wishes, then this is the DJ for you! I mean, yes, the guy can DJ and sing. But his attitude and lack of courtesy really detract from it. It's all I think about as I have my pictures printed and can't print any from our first dance because he's in all of them. read more

We would absolutely hire D'Amico Entertainment for any party we throw! They did our wedding this weekend, and I had to review right away. They were great working with from start to end, and the night of the wedding they had all the guests dancing all night! All the guests contacted us and our parents about how great Chris and his gang were, how amazing they sounded, and how much fun they all had. Another couple from our bridal party were "surprise" getting engaged at our wedding, and Chris was a huge help on keeping the surprise and making that a success too! In one word? Amazing. First of all they are friendly and polite. I used them for a wedding and got a lot more than expected. You Will love them. We got an organ, sax, 4 people which raised the roof and did not get all that stupid wedding gimics . The order in which music was chosen and played was on the money. There never a need to make request due to them knowing exactly which songs to play throughout the night. Entire performance was executed perfectly right up to pitbull at the finale.
