I had a radio and four speakers installed in my vehicle back in Feb 2014. It was not installed properly and the radio fell into the dash/trunk within a couple of weeks. After having that fixed I had to come back yet again because the radio would stay on if my headlights were on and the engine was off. I asked that this be fixed. Instead, when I left, the radio was now able to stay on all the time whether the key was in or not. Now I have to turn it off every time I turn the car off. They also managed to mess something up so that every time I turn it off it resets the presets/bluetooth so that has to be dealt with every time I start the car again. On top of all this the install looks horrible and the cage was just jammed into the existing hole in my dash instead of cutting/grinding the hole larger so it could accommodate the equipment properly. The equipment is garbage quality and the whole system is so quiet that even with the volume up to max I can't hear it most of the time over the noise of my vehicle's engine. I wish I would have gone to a proper audio place and paid a little bit more for better install and better equipment. read more

Overall, Great customer service. The sales lady up front was very knowledgeable and kind. She caught me up to speed with the times and introduced me to the cleanest sounding brand I've heard. The Memphis audio set up is the way to go. You will not find better quality speakers or subs. Very happy with my purchase. The installation process is pretty quick. They took the time to wrap my wires with electrical tape / tubing and hide the wires correctly in my vehicle when I know other stores will just stuff them & do not care if they get tangled together or looks sloppy. Labor cost in my opinion was fair considering the attention to detail they put into my car all while installing my system in a garage during 115 degree weather. I dont know why Eddy would make such ridiculous claims and false accusations about Sound Depot. I have lived in Yuma 20 years and have done business with them since ive moved here from Long Beach Ca.. From Alarms, to amps, to Subwoofers and Speakers they have never let me down. Dont take it from me go in and see what kind of people run this business... 35 plus years in business and I dont believe anybody could stay in business that long by doing what "Eddy" claims.
