I was referred to AZ Auto clinic by Bryanne Olsen.....a long term customer and a long term friend too. From the beginning I was impressed by Jesus, the Service Advisor and found him to be very helpful during the fairly long repair process. After the repair process, I returned the following week for an oil change and I do need to give feedback regarding the oil change price. For over 30 years, I have had my synthetic oil changes done at Jiffy Lube and the price was $80 for many years. I checked today and the price is still $80. I paid $167 for the oil change done at AZ Auto Clinic and felt that was far too high. Other than the oil change price, I am pleased with everything at AZ Auto Clinic and will continue to take my Nissans there for repairs. read more

Jesus at Arizona Auto Clinic takes the time to listen to me whenever I need to bring my automobile in for service or repairs, we talk about why I'm bringing in my vehicle. They always call me whenever any issues are discovered that need to be addressed before doing any repairs and will show me the old parts they replaced without having to ask to see them. Very honest, affordable price, straightforward, and easy to understand!!! This is all you can hope for when you're in the auto distress situation. My cousin called Arizona Auto Clinic and talked to Jesus for second opinion after a quote from near by shop. Jesus is the best. He very helpful and easy to understand. His quote is 50% less. It is even better if you are comparing the labor which is only about 25% of the near by shop. This is unbelievable when thinking of the differences business practices resulted in the difference of 75% saving to customers. I have my car fixed here and everything run great now. This shop is great and reasonable. Last year we had them install a power steering pump. Their prices are the best in Yuma. A couple days ago we noticed something leaking under our vehicle. We called AZ auto Clinic and they told us it was the power steering pump. They replaced it with no charge due to the warranty they gave us last year. I highly recommend! My truck overheated and broke down 30 miles outside Yuma while on my way to California for a wedding. The guys here were very professional and have outstanding customer service. No scribbled receipts, but rather printed invoices with all the information you need for warranty. They have low prices and are very trustworthy. I had to get auto work done in California which was still under warranty, and the mechanics in CA were able to talk to mechanics at Auto Clinic for help locating part. They even still remembered me from eight months ago and walked me through locating a place the warranty worked with and how to file the claim. read more

Today I needed a very small job done to my truck and after finding this to be the only reputable muffler shop open I decided to go with them. I only needed one piece of my exhaust pipe welded up and they told me I would have to pay at least $45 for the job which seemed a bit excessive to begin with for such a small job. Well not long after dropping my truck off I received a phone call telling me my exhaust was "too tight" underneath my truck to which I responded with "loosen the bolts and slide it forward" once they understood this concept and made it happen I went back to retrieve my truck and inspected the welding job which was absolutely terrible, welding wire was hanging off of the pipe and they didn't even have the courtesy to clean up the weld. To my dismay they decided welding my exhaust in one place with a circumference of 4 inches was worth $54. My advice to you is either find a better muffler shop or have your one armed half blind uncle weld your exhaust into place. This would have been an acceptable $20 job. read more

While working in the area I had an issue with my truck. Coolant was leaking from the front of my engine and it obviously overheated. Since I was staying in a hotel I couldn't do a lot to fix it. So, I figured I would have it repaired and I researched the auto shops in the area. I admit that I misdiagnosed where the leak was coming from before having my truck towed over to Arizona Auto Clinic. They called me the next day and told me what the issue was and it was a much cheaper repair than if they did what I assumed needed done. So first of all, I appreciate their honesty. I was able to pick my truck up after hours and it's been running great since. Thank you for the great job!
