I was eventually told it could take up to 24 hours, even though the item was in stock. In store pickup is supposed to provide convenience. This experience did the exact opposite. The inaccurate estimate, poor communication, and complete lack of ownership were unacceptable. It's been 7 hours, I'm still waiting. Pretty sure this is the last time I will ever be a Best Buy customer. Highly doubt they'll even try to make it right but I'll update if they do.

And THEN the entire time she's scanning the pizzas, every few seconds she's muttering stuff like- "unbelievable" "just ridiculous" "I can't believe this" while I awkwardly stand there. I mean what did she want me to do, take home nine pizzas I literally didn't have room for (bc of the nine pizzas that my bf just bought that were already in there)?! I was told by them that Apple was wrong and they had a cheaper fix. $300 spent and it worked for a week before the same issue came up. The building still says Car Toys, the employees are still in Car Toys uniforms, but Foss Audio has taken over. Unfortunately, they refused to honor a $100 Car Toys gift card I purchased simply because it was bought more than 180 days ago. They told me that is the cutoff they are willing to honor for old Car Toys gift cards. That was disappointing, especially when I was ready to spend around $1600 on my current install and was planning to put another $1500 into a second vehicle here as well. To me, losing a loyal customer over a $100 gift card--especially one purchased from the same location with the same branding still on the building--just doesn't make sense. The manager I spoke with didn't seem too concerned about keeping future business, so I'll take that second vehicle elsewhere. Shops like Top Edge, Xtreme Unlimited, Traffik Jams, or Colorado Car Audio will be getting a look from me instead. The only reason I came back here was because I had good experiences in the past. With all of that said, I won't rate them lower because Treavor absolutely earned his recognition. He was outstanding from start to finish. Great communication, zero aggressive upselling, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered a clean, professional install on the stereo and SiriusXM system. I do not know who did the tint, but they did an outstanding professional job as well. Treavors customer service is top tier and the work was spot-on. Treavor deserves a five star rating on his own, and Foss Audio/Car Toys is lucky to have someone of his caliber. Overall, this would have been a five star experience if management had honored the gift card and valued long-term business.
