After moving out my daughter we headed to RF Tires and showed the tire. They said to give them a couple hours. We walked to the nearest Culver's and they called to say the tire can't be repaired due to the plastic piece was found in the tire. They sold me a used tire so I could make it home. I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer.
