Absolutely furious with my experience at 21st Century Auto…read more On December 24, 2025, I purchased what I believed was a reliable truck from this dealership. Exactly one month later, on January 24, 2026, the engine completely blew up. After owning the truck for only 30 days, I was staring at a repair bill that would eventually exceed $13,000. Because the truck had 126,000 miles, they did not qualify my purchase for their 30 day 50/50 warranty, had this been the case this would not have been posted. Never mind that the vehicle suffered a catastrophic engine failure almost immediately after purchase. Never mind that I had barely put any miles on it. Never mind that I was a repeat customer who had trusted them enough to buy from them again. Initially, they dangled the possibility of helping with about $1,500 toward an engine warranty, but only if they performed the work and could find an engine. They couldn't even accomplish that. Months passed while a larger Ford dealership finally located an engine and completed the repair. Throughout the entire ordeal, 21st Century provided little more than excuses and empty promises. Five months of ownership. Only 1,200 miles driven. Think about that for a moment. I spent thousands of dollars on a truck that spent more time sitting broken than being driven. Then I had to spend over $13,000 of my own money fixing a vehicle I had barely owned. Meanwhile, the dealership that sold it to me refused to stand behind the vehicle in any meaningful way. To add to this garbage, days before the truck blew up their techs resealed my oil pan, or so i thought, it was leaking within days of getting the truck back and was only overshadowed by the fact i needed a new engine. The financial damage has been enormous, but honestly, the stress and frustration have been even worse. This entire experience has been a nightmare for me and my family. The most disappointing part is realizing that customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to this dealership once the sale is complete. A reputable dealership does not have to be legally obligated to help in order to do the right thing. 21st Century Auto had every opportunity to show integrity, goodwill, and concern for a repeat customer. Instead, they chose to do the bare minimum and leave me holding the bag. If you're considering buying a vehicle from 21st Century Auto, learn from my mistake. When everything is going well, they may be happy to take your money. When things go horribly wrong shortly after the sale, don't expect them to stand behind you. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will never recommend them to anyone.

This business absolutely deserves it's reputation as one of the best dealerships in the area. I…read morebought a 2015 Civic from them yesterday and the process was surprisingly pleasant. After dealing with hard-shell and up-sell tactics from some of their competitors, it was such a relief to deal with people who were trying to make a profit but not feeding me a line of BS. Instead, they encouraged me to take a long test drive, answered my questions, and gave me time to read the contract. I would absolutely recommend this business to someone looking for a "new" used car. (Blasted auto-correct: I meant hard-sell not hard-shell.)

One Stop Auto Sales must have sailed under a lucky star. With the addition of Teresa Nelson it…read morecertainly is a game changer. Not that One Stop Auto had any issues in the 1st place. As a financial professional I have worked with numerous auto dealerships over the course of my 34 year career. The achilles heel of any small business is talent. Having Teresa Nelson with her years of experience in franchising, an MBA from Idaho State University, and a few businesses under her belt has been a "level up" for this dealership. The additional selection of floored vehicles is also a nice touch. The business model of locating your exact vehicle, making your order, having them go to auction for the purchase to bring it back to Pocatello is unique. Saving money on reconditioning (which dealerships tend to charge) is also a nice touch. I would certainly recommend One Stop Auto Sales. I have read other reviews which makes me add the last recommendation. Freaking buy an aftermarket warranty when you buy a used car. Worth every penny. Every used car purchase you are taking is a calculated risk.

I recently bought a truck from these guys. Thinking I got a great truck, how I was wrong to think…read morethat. It wasn't until after finishing the paperwork that they offered a warranty, but they made a big deal to reprint and start over. Since buying this truck I have had nothing but problems. I returned home and the check engine light popped on, saying that my cat was running low efficiency. I had my buddy that is a mechanic look at it. He proceeded to tell me that the code had been deleted recently. I called One stop Auto sales and Gregg said run some cat a clean through it and it will be fine. Not having a care in the world that the truck was having problems the day I bought it. Gregg also said "not my car nothing I can do". The check engine light is still on even after multiple repairs have been made to try to resolve the problem. A couple days later I called again asking if they even ran it through a shop, Gregg said they did and that they had a mechanic look at it and did services. Well after getting an oil change today, I definitely don't think they did. When getting my oil change, the company doing it made me aware that no other fluids had ever been serviced. And to go along with that they also told me that I needed an aliment and that a bolt that was missing to do part of the aliment so they would need to order a kit. People do not buy from this dealership. The cars they sell have problems that they know about but they hide them and sweep them under the rug.

Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail are unmatched. They go above and beyond to take care of every issue, even correcting problems caused by another dealership. I travel between Arizona and Idaho, and because of Justin, Ozzie, and Loretta, this is now the only place I trust with my vehicle. They make sure my vehicle is safe, clearly explain everything, and consistently deliver beyond-amazing service. I truly hope Justin, Ozzie, and Loretta receive the recognition they deserve, this experience is exceptional because of them.

They kept telling me it might be a certain part but they never ordered it because they kept saying that if it wasn't the right part, I would have to pay for it, even though I had paid for an almost 4 grand service maintenance contract when I bought the car from them and it wasn't even a year old. Turns out that's not how the contract works so if they had ordered the part right away, they wouldn't have had the car for 2 flipping months!! Then to find out the majority of the time, they were basically just sitting on my car waiting for it to act up instead of just fixing it. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!! Because their service department is a joke!!!
