Where do I begin......you would think that customer service is something that would be important to a business, not this one. This woman no matter how nice you are to her always acts as if you are inconveniencing her and god forbid you need her help or have a question and you interrupt her while she's in her lair with those horrible yappy dogs that run around barking and at anyone who is in their storage unit My unit was put under my boyfriends name since he received my movers while i was away and even after asking her repeated times she never switched the account into my name and the direct deposit kept coming out of my boyfriends account. Not a big deal in retrospect but it's a small fix and that's her job. I called today and asked what i would need to do to cancel the storage and she rudely commented "did you give me 30 days notice?" It's not an effin apartment. I have never heard of a notice to cancel a storage unit. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggesting others to do so as well.

She didn't have to do that especially considering she just had surgery the day before. For the woman complaining about the dogs, I hope you realize that is the woman's home, so of course her sweet little pups are with her.
