Well when her 3 hrs we're up I noticed everything we discussed was not done.. she didn't label anything (even tho she said she would) she didn't come with any organization tools I.e. containers etc. She took items out of a few boxes and on the counter and put things away but the organization wasn't there, it wasn't neat and precise, some places she put things didn't make sense, she said she liked to work alone so she can focus on the tasks at hand, which I thought was great but she talked to my husband a lot...now we have to re-do what she did. We did not get the quality work a "professional organizer" should give and for the money we paid and the agreement we had, it def feels like we were punked or something. Very odd. Hire someone who has more experience and who is more professional and thorough. If you want someone who can help unpack then she would be good if you want someone to organize I do not recommend.

I am writing this to share my experience and warn future customers about how this company handles…read moredamages and accountability. I hired A Perfect Mover to handle my move into a brand-new home. Three days before the move, brand-new carpeting was installed. During the move, their team caused visible damage to multiple carpeted areas, which I brought to their attention immediately. The owner, Shane acknowledged it and asked me to send carpet cleaning information so they could cover the cost. I scheduled a professional carpet cleaner and informed Shawn when they arrived. Only at that point--two months after the move was completed and fully paid for $10,824 ... ( we are a family of 4 ) Shane suddenly claimed I had a "past due balance" for junk removal labor. This was never mentioned during or after the move, nor on any invoice. It appears to have been brought up only when it came time to pay for the damage they caused. This is especially odd because I had already settled my bill with them totaling $10,824 ...so wouldn't that extra charge be brought up at the time of processing payment.???? Yeah... you'd think so. Despite this surprise accusation, I still attempted to be reasonable and offered to pay the carpet cleaner upfront while allowing him to reimburse the remaining balance (even factoring in the amount he claimed I "owed," which I dispute). Instead of resolving the matter professionally, Shane became defensive, accused me of "threatening a bad review," minimized the damage to my brand-new carpet, and refused to take responsibility. He then said everything would now be pushed through a "claims process," effectively declining to resolve it directly. To be clear: * The job was paid in full the day of the move. * No past due charges were ever mentioned until reimbursement for damages was requested. * The carpets were new and undamaged, and no effort was made by the company to repair or mitigate. * My review is not a threat--it is a reflection of how this company treats customers after being paid. I support small businesses, but integrity matters. A company that damages a customer's home and then invents retroactive charges to avoid accountability is not acting in good faith. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to proceed with caution

They arrived right on time and immediately got to work with a great attitude--friendly, positive, and incredibly professional throughout the entire day. They had to make a stop at a dumpster first and but were back to our place promptly to start packing, which we really appreciated. Once they began, they worked non-stop--fast, efficient, yet very careful with all of our belongings. I offered to buy them lunch, but they kindly declined and said they preferred to make a quick stop on the way. They were very appreciative of the gesture, which speaks to their professionalism and courtesy. At our new place, they went above and beyond--patiently helping us place items in different rooms and even rearranging things when we needed to make space for additional items coming in. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. Overall, they made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy. They arrived on time and worked hard at getting the job done as quickly as possible. The only issue I had was that they were sent a truck that was too small to accommodate all of our possessions, and we were left to actually move our barbecue grill, treadmill, and a refrigerator to our new location on our own.
