was pretty nervous about having a dash cam installed because I didn't want my interior torn apart or rattles showing up later. I had some issues with my front speakers where I heard a rattling noise. All it took was a quick drive to Soundsations and Jordan got me in at the last minute with a quick diagnosis of the problem and had the issue taken care of within a half hour. I don't know of anyone who works that efficiently on a Friday afternoon but damn! If anything else goes wrong with my speakers or sound in the future, I will for sure drive here. A pal suggested I talk to Jordan at Soundsations for my '23 M4 Competition after I initially attempted an audio upgrade at a place in Burbank that rhymes with "Fal and Feds." When I connected with Jordan, we hit it off, and he had what sounded like a great solve. We installed an upgraded amp, DSP, and upgraded under-seat subs, and he fabbed up a sick custom box for the trunk subs. Super clean install, and it sounds so great. Shopped around for a shop to replace a touchscreen on 2017 Honda Civic. After selecting the "cheap" after market option, waited a week for the part to arrive. After installation, i had bad to zero radio reception. Went back and opted for a used factory unit. Waited another week for part to arrive. Unit works great, just like the original. The cheap one is getting returned for a full refund. Jordan was super patient, honest & understanding throughout this entire ordeal. He only charged the diff in price on the original to the factory unit + a slight labor charge. I am grateful for his time & professionalism. If I could give a 6 star rating, I would. Took a friend's Car there that was purchased used with a nice aftermarket Kenwood the previous owner had installed. The radio antenna was goofed up so no AM or FM stations to be had! So I cruised over to soundsations and I must have got real lucky timing is everything cuz they had an appointment that had canceled and they took me right in and had a new stereo installed They were done in under 2 hours and did a great job. Purchased a sound system from Jordon, the owner. Turns out the system will not work in my fiberglass car. Called Jordon 5 times with no return call. Drove down to his shop and he told me he take the system back. I purchased a replacement from Jordon and then he went back on his deal. He didn't take the system back and screwed me out of $ 500.00. He is not an honest person and not returning my call 5 different times is very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust this guy at all. There are plenty of other sound system shops in Santa Clarita. Jordon, I purchased over 2K of equipment from you and you were the one who recommended the $ 500 unit. You knew the system didn't work a long time ago. I called you 5 times and left 5 messages and you never called me back. In back of your store you agreed to take back unit as long as I purchased a new $ 1,700.00 unit from you. Yes you did get me $ 200.00 off, but that wasn't from you, that was from the manufacturer. You made profit on both units. You made me a deal and then decided not to honor it. That's why I wrote this review. I never asked you to go next door and spend your labor. I could care less if you thinks it manly or not. read more

Went in to fix the whining sound in my car that a different audio shop created after installing an aftermarket radio and they didn't know how to fix it. The moment I mentioned the sound issues I was having to Jordan, he immediately knew what I was talking about and had several possible solutions to try and he was completely honest and communicative about everything. Naturally, with my luck, the last possible solution ended up being the answer; Jordan and his team helped me bypass my factory amplifier and completely eliminated the whining noise in my car and it cost me a shockingly less amount of money to fix it with him than it cost me to end up with the issue to begin with. They also cleaned up after themselves in my car very nicely, and I mention that because the original shop I went to would do the opposite and would even leave my gear shift knob loose. I still need to get the bass (subwoofer) in my car going with the proper equipment but I will take care of that soon and it will definitely be with the help of Jordan and his team.
