To explain the complexity involved you have to understand that the Outback has the Subaru EyeSight Driver Assist Package which has windshield cameras. These cameras have an "exclusion zone" where placing objects within their range of view will adversely affect their operation. Bobby installed a BlendMount rearview mirror mount to hold the front view camera w/o interference with EyeSight. I had concerns about the BlackVue-recomended mounting location for the Connectivity Module being too visible to would-be thieves; Bobby found an alternate location which makes it virtually invisible without attenuating its broadcast signal. All wiring looks as good, if not better, than original factory wiring. Bobby, I can't thank you enough for the quality workmanship and quiet professionalism you provide. You are the best of "old-school craftsmanship" which seems to be lacking in today's world. Isabel, you are a sweet lady who keeps your business purring like a well-timed machine. The speed of the purchase hit a brick wall however when we arrived at the financing part They later told me it was because 3 people were each buying a car at the same time & there was only 1 guy for the financing. Robert was also easy to deal with but later on I contacted him about the fact that there were no owner's manuals in the CX-5 - the only idea he had was to download them as pdf's which is not so exciting to me. It took me about 3 weeks to figure out how to turn off the daytime running lights (take a fuse out). I called them a 2nd time about something else - but they never called back. The USB cell phone charger has an awkward location & is weak/lousy, not as strong as was my former car's cig lighter (in a Nissan Rogue) but I am enjoying the better gas mileage. Overall my purchase was pretty smooth and well done but I still don't know if I can put my old lic plate on this Mazda. Just before I drove off Bruce set up the bluetooth for me - that was nice. I had a follow up call from Bruce a few weeks ago - he updated me about the license plate and told me he would mail me owner's manuals for the car but I have not received them yet.

I was very fortunate that it did not rain during my 50 mile drive home . I immediately notified George Mantz who was the salesman. He said it was probably in the trunk . I sent several emails and made several calls but the antenna was not in the trunk. That antenna should have been mailed immediately to my home . I drove 100 miles round trip to buy a 2026 for cash . I have yet to have the antenna arrive and certainly no management intervention . I reviewed their log list of 1 stars for years on their website. They deserve a zero but God will take care of them. AVOID THESE AWFUL PEOPLE .
