I went over super friendly knocked me out a whole bunch of keys told me that some of the keys might not work because they were weird locks so you know let me go out the door knowing as much knowledge as he could possibly let me know which is always a plus. All of the keys except two work and they were the very unusual key/locks. They have a great selection of hardware like for cabinets and things like that that obviously goes unnoticed because I saw some pieces there that I haven't seen anywhere else that I absolutely love, they also sell safes and all sorts of accessories that have to do with the world of security keys lock safes hardware at your house they're a lot more than a lock, key shop You should check them out.

These are the problems we incurred. 1. Never on time 2. Initially tried to put 1 of the 10 cameras we bought in with a minimal slight crack in the glass which I noticed that day when I was inspecting his work. I called him and told him and yes he did replace it with a smaller camera that isn't the same as the other 9 It works the same answer as well but it was probably a cheaper one than the one I had paid for. 3. My wife and I also bought a vera management tool for our vacation rentals 15 of them. he installed hasn't ever worked properly. HE WOULD NOT COME BACK TO WORK OUT THE KINKS IN IT. 4. My camera system was viewable from my phone for about a week then crashed. He blamed it on our security for our computers. would not come back. 5. my son spilled chocolate milk on our amplifier for our surround sound and when I called him about it he said that it was unfixable and that I would have to order another one so I then instructed him to order me another one which came out to be about $500 on the day that he was going to install it he called me on the way and asked what I was going to do with the other one and I said will probably throw it away he then offered me $180 credit on the new one to keep my old one now why would you want to buy something that is not fixable if it really is not fixable so I told him I did not want to buy his new receiver and he told me that I would have to pay the restocking fee I told him to go jump in a river unfortunately we had made the mistake of paying him in advance I HIGHLY would not recommend using him for anything unless you want to get ripped off. Hired another company to come and complete the job it ended up costing us another $500 to have the stuff finished he never came back to do. The guy who came back to finish the work said that this was not the first time that he had had to clean up oneof Thomas Hills messes. BE CAUTIOUS IF YOU GO WITH HIM

Upon entering the facility, It seemed as if I had walked into a verbal lashing being dealt to employees from what seemed to be the store owner. I would have to say that the customer service department could use some help. Later in the afternoon I received a call that the employee installing the system went home sick and the installation was incomplete. I dropped off the vehicle again the following day for the installation to be completed. When I got the car back, there were two OBVIOUS scratches above the tire well on the drivers side, greasy hand prints all over the hood and side of the vehicle where the scratches were. When I brought these issues up to the owner, he became very defensive and did not want to acknowledge that the damage was done by their staff. Also, they switched the fog light and vehicle traction control wiring which I had to get fixed when I got the vehicle back home. Being in the customer service industry myself, I would not advise any friends or family to spend their hard earned money at this place of business. He made me feel like my thoughts and questions were important, even though I hadn't committed to his shop yet. I was able to wait in the shop while they worked and it took about 2 hours to finish. The side and rear windows are now 15% and I'm not sure about the windshield. Their process means I could roll down my windows immediately, and I also still haven't noticed any imperfections in the film anywhere. It looks great and I'm so glad I got this done. I debated hard between places and landed in tint world because of some people i know. Honestly, i was between 2&3 stars because of the quality of work for the value. All places i called were in the 280-300 range for basic tint. I was happy until i got in it and drove home.... there is just some laziness to basic cutting that really bothers me. When you pay 290 for tint and wait patiently for 2 hours you would expect quality but there is cuts that are off and just feels like it was poorly cared for. Not a lot of bubbles so thats a win but the cuts being off doesn't bake out. The cost to take it elsewhere and get it pulled isn't really smart. I recommend you ask around if you want quality work! The install was competed, in the time window he provided. The truck looked just as I wanted, when arrived to pick it up. Now there was one hiccup. One of the wheels had a manufacturers defect. It was not perfectly round and caused a vibration. Jay recognized and contacted the distributor. But because the lift was already installed, we could not use my OEM wheels and tires. So I drove on the defected one for two weeks, until the new one arrived. Jay called me to inform it was in, and immediately got me in for the install. After the tire was installed on the new wheel, he noticed there was still a balance issue. He contacted the tire distributor and got a new tire delivered. Now my truck drives and rides as it should. This is what good customer service looks like. These issues didn't cost me an extra dime. Nor did I have to spend time on the phone, attempting correct this problems. Yes there were a few minor issues. But they were not this shops fault. And they worked quickly to correct the problems. The price was reasonable for the work. And the staff were appreciative and respectful. Both of my time and vehicle. I recommend this shop and will utilizes their services for my next vehicle upgrade.
