The call with the rep was professional and efficient. Unlike so many things today, it literally took only the one call to communicate my need and schedule the appointment. The appointment was scheduled such that the repair would occur at my home 2 days after my call. For the repair, the technician arrived at the early side of my appointment window, which I greatly appreciated. The repair was completed within a couple of hours, with car and driveway left spotless. While I hope that I never require such a service again, I would certainly use Safelight again.

Made the second appt where they broke another window switch, had to leave again, three days later went back to the shop after being told my part was in and it wasn't, they called me a week later told me my part was in it should only take ten minutes, it did, got home and the whole door casting wasn't attached to the door and had to return to the shop for the FIFTH TIME, another technician took care of it and very polite but it seemed like forever to get this resolved, the waiting area is a shit show,nasty dirty doesn't offer anything however always looking to sell you wiper blades will I go back, very unlikely and I'll inform my insurance company of what services I received

As it turned out the glass wasn't even broken. The regulator was however. The technician made some recommendations and secured the window for me until I can get to my mechanic to have a new regulator installed. The technician was very helpful and professional. Richard the owner was also very professional and helpful. Windshield Rehab is now my go to place for anything having to do with auto glass repair. They are also very very reasonable. A representative was walking through my neighborhood in Conway, SC after doing some work across the…read morestreet. He saw the cracks in my windshield and knocked on my door. My Durango is 7 months old and had two cracks already. I am not the type who likes to be bothered when I'm off and home, but I'm glad I opened the door this time. The rep explained who he was, and why he was in the area. I explained to him, that one crack had recently been repaired and filled by another glass co. The second I had just received a week ago. I had already got the repair approved through my insurance company, and had an appt for the 7th. He explained that they were a smaller local company, which I prefer. And they were approved to do work through my insurance carrier. (I told him who my ins company was). He had their number in his phone. He called, and in less than 5 min I had changed from the other company to Showtime to have my windshield replacement done. I arrived ten min before my appt and they took my vehicle right in. The shop waiting area is bright and clean. Just like advertised they have free snacks, plus video games, a pool table, large video monitors on wall, I'm sure I'm forgetting something. The tech who worked on my SUV kept me updated on the process. He was polite and professional. (I must apologize, I do not remember his name, but he is from the west and loves off road Baja racing). In a little over an hour my vehicle was returned to me, repaired and with all of the traffic safety sensors recalibrated and working properly. My vehicle was neat inside, no trash or dirt left in it. Other than a few fingerprint near the rear view mirror, their was no evidence of a repair. (I only noticed this cause as my girls say, I'm a freak about clean glass). I have driven the vehicle for the last couple of days, and it has rained almost constantly since the repair. No water leaks, nor any wind noise or undue sounds. Our Durango looks like it did when I took it off the dealers' lot the day I bought it. I'm am very pleased with Showtime and their work. I will gladly recommend them to anyone that needs glass repair on their vehicle.

I sent will my information and i ended up calling my insurance and before I heard back from will, I decided to just make the appt with safelite Just because it was quick and easy to do. I heard back from will not long after and he was very persuasive! He explained to me the differences and how safelite is really stealing from these small businesses and they arent about quality much at all and he told me he would just charge me the deductible my insurance told me to pay and that's it. no service fee or anything and he would come straight to me which.. being that I live in Bolivia, I was too far from any safelite to come to me, I was going to have to drop my car off at 7am in Wilmington for an all day appt. He also offered to throw in windshield wipers at no additional cost! What a guy. He didn't have to do all that. He was super kind and very funny thanks so much will! You rule.
