He was also super respectful and sweet! Stanley Steemer cleaned my couch last time and did a less-than-stellar job. I had called Zerorez this time to give them a try and when the technician got here he gave me a price more than $100 higher than what the website said, and then argued with me about it. Needless to say, I sent him packing. Thank you SO much to Tony, Hiro, and the rest of the team! (I liked them so much they're coming back tomorrow to do some carpets for me!)

It was a difficult job they were to remove and clean heavy storm windows on a two story home. I'm…read morepretty sure they underbid the job, i would have paid more to get the job done right- but they were not the cheapest-they sent one guy to do a dangerous job alone on tall ladders handling storm windows that needed to be removed. I complained and they sent a second person to help. However even with the second person it does not appear that they removed all storm windows...there are many streaks and dried water droplet marks still in many of the windows. They are cleanER than they were i will probably call another company to finish the job

My property has steep inclines, so they had to navigate that and did so beautifully. I highly recommend this company. In particular, I cannot say enough good about Chris, Wayman, and Jules. They arrived early, worked hard, and finished on time. Book them, you won't be disappointed. I will book SWAT for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They do so much!
