Bill Fellows was a pleasure to work with. He provided detailed answers to any questions we had. When he arrived at the job site he was perfectly professional, on time, and gave the right amount of instruction to both my mother in law (the user of the lift system) and myself. We had only one instance where an error code occurred and we couldn't figure it out. One call to Bill and just over the phone he was able to provide simple instructions for the fix. I have dealt with this business for 7 years, and the customer service is excellent.
