The 1st snow of the season it worked fine. 2nd snow, it was doing the same thing I brought it in to be looked at. They charged $150 for a carb kit and installation. Not sure if they had done anything else. When I brought it back, they had it for 3 weeks and told us that they fixed it "the best they could?????" When it was picked up, the owner was complaining that customers should know what is wrong with it when they bring it in so they don't have to guess. HUH??? Great place, super friendly folks, helped me get the right chicken feed for the current situation of my hens. A few weeks after I spread the mulch on my garden a healthy crop of oat grass sprouted where I had spread the mulch. I called the store about the problem and the store representative blamed the problem on me, saying that I did not apply the product correctly. That is untrue. More importantly, the store representative refused to allow me to return the second unopened bale because I had not kept the receipt for the product. Very disappointing customer service from a store that sold a clearly defective product and refused to take any responsibility for doing so. Customers beware.
