I stumbled on Carlos through Yelp, and after sending him a message I received a reply within an hour. Despite it being a holiday weekend, Carlos came out an hour later and mounted the TV. I was extremely impressed with his service, professionalism, and attention to detail. He did a great job showing me how everything was mounted and got it placed exactly where I wanted it. He routed the cables well, marked them, secured and tied them nicely so that everything is neat and tidy. He was efficient, yet friendly and personable. I won't hesitate to recommend him to others for TV mounting, and I plan to give him a call when we need help with A/V or security equipment (or more TVs) in the future.
