We tend not to buy very "high end", but we seem to receive the same service as those who do. Today there was a "glitch" with the price of our purchase - first I saw that it was on sale in the computer, then not. But Leroy asked management to honour the lower price and they did. So far we have not had an issue with after sales service, as apparently some people have. We don't expect that there will be, going forward.

DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY!…read more Not honest and true to their word. Read the details carefully, they will yap some BS to secure the sale and warranty and then GASLIGHT you when you call them out. They upsell you on warranty and tell you a bunch of things are covered under the warranty. By the time you need the warranty for those things and you call them to talk about it, they tell you that your specific issue is not covered. Both my wife and I remember the conversation vividly and we were told "No, I would never have said that issue is covered".
