The 1 star is mostly for the service provided. The woman who was behind the counter taking the order was a little abrasive when taking our order. I asked about a substitute on a kids side. I was met with a very curt response and adjusted that part of the order, instead of being offered a solution to meet our needs. Then, when ordering my sandwich I was very specific in ordering my sandwich because I am picky about what is in it and the sandwich was being split with my husband who is not as picky. She repeated exactly what we wanted (also shown correctly on the receipt.) Then when I saw the sandwich had mustard on my half and onions on my husbands half, I took it back so that it would be made correctly. When bringing the problem to her attention, her response was very abrasive and said, "When I say sauce, mustard is what I mean." I've never heard of mustard referred to as sauce in a deli that also offers a house spread, which is not mustard or mayonnaise. I would think sauce was referring to the house spread. We understand there was a possible miscommunication regarding the sauce. However, after her curt and rude attitude, I decided it was probably safer to suffer with the food. There was no acceptance or accountability on her side. Unfortunately for them, they have now lost a customer over something that could have been an easy fix and without the attitude. read more

Came here with the intentions of a big order for the family on Christmas Eve and the staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. They were pleasant to order from and were very patient with our big order. The manager of the day was very helpful in helping us navigate the menu and its plentiful options. The service was pretty quick considering they had just opened for the day. They decorated the restaurant with holiday themed decor and music which added to the element of the festivities for the day. We ordered several sandwiches and kids meal options, great for the little ones in our family. They have hot and cold options, I tried the French Dip which is a hot sandwich served with Au Jus sauce to dunk the sandwich it. It was warm which was welcomed on a chilly December day. It didn't blow me away with flavor. The crispy chicken crunch sandwich was decent, I would try that one again. Love the food, but I had an issue where I placed an order and they messed the order up I wanted two French dips with dip and I got one French dip with no dip who gives out a French dip without dip, then I try calling them to fix it and they hung up on me. I sent my employee to go order the second dip in person and wanted a discount for making me come all the way over twice and didn't even get any dip bad customer service for their fault in my order mess up. I will sadly not be going here anymore!! When this place first opened they were AWSOME but it has gone down hill since. The last few times I had ordered online from this location it was not ready on time, we actually had to wait almost 20 minutes past the time I asked to pick it up and there. The last 2 times at least that I ordered, thinking they may have just had a bad day, the sandwiches I received where nothing shy of slop in a wrap. Apparently we are paying these people in the food industry more and getting less and less. I attached a picture of what my sandwich looked like when I got it to my office. I don't know what it is with people in the food industry feeling we need to smother our foods in sauce instead of allowing each item to speak for itself. I ordered the Pesto Turkey and the bread was swimming in the pesto and house sauce and the wrap was so soggy that it was tearing and sticking to my sandwich. Come on people take a little pride in your job especially at the prices we are all paying for things now and if you can't do that, then do us all a favor and find a job you can. This is a great place for sandwiches and soups and non-carbonated drinks. The only problem so far is the sign Gluten-free Wraps was not visible from the ordering counter. It's still on the floor leaning on the wall well inside the restaurant. Also when I wanted to sample the Chicken and Poblano soup they gave me a condiment cup (2 cups because it was Hot) and no spoon. I waited while the group ordered but even then the soup was still Too hot. And they were slow to offer me a drink of cold water. I did figure out the poblano peppers in soup are too spicy for me. Before today, I would have rated this place a 5. However, my experience today very disappointing! It took almost 20 minutes for me to get one 4 inch sandwich. The workers filled online orders, as I stood and watched people come & go. I think there should be more attention made to those waiting in the establishment compared to when the orders come in online. At one point there were 5 of us waiting to get our food, while we saw others walk in after us who then left with their food--All because they ordered online! If, you're not going to treat walk ins well, why have a dining room?! I would assume that a manager could have assessed the situation and made adjustments. Only after I complained, did they quickly make my sandwich (in less than 2 minutes). I have never had this happen before. Really disappointed in my experience there tonight... my girlfriend and I went about 6:30pm and both got the garlic pesto turkey sandwiches..when we got home and was excited to eat it we realized that the sandwiches were really soggy. Not only were they really soggy the meat was like warm and slimy and not very appealing. I'm really sad because I spent $32 there and threw away 75% of my sandwich. I was trying to eat it because you know I was hungry and I just spent money but I couldn't do it anymore and I threw it in the trash.
