Dr. Chase (and his assistant Jasmine), the DCA staff, and the building/lobby/rooms were WAY more than I expected. John was - patient, gentle, deliberate, calming, communicative, thorough, competent, and very good at his craft. Not to mention the quality of my x-rays were the best quality and detail I have ever seen, next to MRI scans.
