My daughter has been at this gym for well over a year. She has been led with kindness and grace by all of her coaches. My daughter went from a scared little girl to a very confident flyer on a level 2 team. This is all thanks to the coaching staff at 360. I've read some of the negative reviews and they are laughable to me. Yes, a cheer gym is crowded. There are actual TEAMS amongst the classes for the little ones. My daughter does not take classes here, but we recently had her 6th birthday party here. After attending a couple of parties for our daughter's classmates about two months before her birthday, we concluded that this age group is still extremely energetic, and that any birthday party concept needed to be very active. The problem is that a winter birthday brings a chance of rain, so it's a real gamble to have the party outdoors at a park. The gym where she is taking gymnastics isn't offering parties at the moment, but we knew of this business, decided to check it out, and the price was right. We weren't sure entirely what we were getting ourselves into, so we crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. And the best was what was delivered! We arrived a half an hour before the party as instructed, and the staff helped us set up. There was tons of space for the kids to run around, and that is exactly what they did as they started to arrive. One little girl ran down the tumble track and did a front flip off the end! Eventually the coaches led the kids in some games that involved plenty of running around, as well as a super-fun obstacle course. Parents and non-participating siblings had plenty of space to spread out, chat with one another, watch the antics, and take photos. The staff members put on gloves to help serve pizza to the kids, and then the cupcakes. Finally, the kids went back out to enjoy the obstacle course, tumble track, etc... The kids had so much fun, it was tough to get them to leave! And since it turned out to be a VERY rainy day, the parents could not have been happier that their kids got to use up some of that boundless energy! Although we didn't ask... I think that all the kids slept well that night. If you are considering having your kid's birthday party here, I'd encourage you to go for it! Our experience couldn't have been better! read more

My daughter (turning 7 this year) has been taking classes here since January this year and recently moved up. She LOVES it here and can't wait to go back to her classes and I am impressed with how much she was able to progress and the support she has been getting from 360 staff! This is literally her happy place. But today, I am actually writing about the Birthday Party experience. So a couple months ago my daughter said she wants Gabby's Dollhouse party. If you are familiar with that TV show, it's also very true that it's very hard to find anything Gabby's Dollhouse for parties. I was able to score a few decorations off of Amazon. Even getting a cake with Gabby's Dollhouse theme was a challenge (but King's Hawaiian now has a custom design thanks to the awesome work there!). So originally I was thinking about an another venue but I was pretty positive it was going to be impossible to do a Gabby's Dollhouse theme. I had to find place where a party theme did not matter. Then I came to realization that they do parties here, at my daughter's happy place! I confirmed that we are going to be fine doing a Co-Ed party. And it turned out amazing! When I arrived, all the staff helped setting up the decorations, and Katie had already purchased plates, tablecloths, napkins and banners so I ended up having two birthday banners. (Why did I forget to take more photos!!?!? ugh) We had plenty of table space and space to set up food. The goodies bags were very thoughtfully put together as well and I really appreciated all the details. The final headcount was 28 with 1/4 of them being boys but the boys did not have any trouble mixing in, as obstacle courses and games they'd set up for the kiddos catered to everyone, so they were all very engaged throughout. The coach who led the party was actually the same coach who teaches my daughter so she was so happy seeing him and also got extra time to work on skills she is working to learn. The happy face and all the fun my daughter had with her friends was so worth it. So yes, if you are wondering what the Birthday Party experience is like, no need to be nervous because it's going to be so much fun. This turned out to be awesome. Highly recommended! read more

I had a scary experience with the owner Katie and her staff Emily today. They had my daughter leave class to get me from the parking lot so they can question my current November bill. I told Emily that Katie knows me, and that I usually autopay same day, or manually pay online in the month I am billed when my cash flow settles in my account that time. I don't know why Katie came out to my car afterwards worried that I won't pay??? I always paid my balance for the past 3 years even if it's not always on the 1st of the month. I also help buy their merchandise almost every month or so. When I asked her is it so bad that I am 2 weeks into this month's bill?? She said yes, some people stiff her. I responded that I never done that since my daughter started here, so it's irrational to suggest to take my daughter out of the class and to come find me in the parking lot like this. Katie responded that I should have let her know I would be late on my payment. Then, she said to not traumatize my daughter, that I could get my daughter out of class myself. Omg, I'm so hurt that she is acting this way toward me. And Emily wouldn't let up either. I'm in utter shock. My daughter is not returning. This was my only childhood sport. :(... Katie, you have expressed that you are a Christian, but I don't know why you are treating me this way now. My daughter was on one of your teams last year and won 1st place. She's only been attending tumbling class to better prepare for next year's team. Just one class rt now, two weeks into this new billing cycle, and you are angry at me? If there are other issues, please don't take it out on faithful customers like this. Her coach Matt is really good, but I guess Ralyne was just a number to you and Emily. Your gym is packed, so you're doing even better than last year. You destroyed this relationship over nothing. Don't chase parents down at their cars in the middle of a billing cycle. You say I'm strange to be upset at your anger, but I guess you think it's normal for you to get in my face in the parking lot. Even my daughter is shocked and says it's better not to come back because never know if they might do that again and to others too! Just 2 weeks into this November bill, Katie. I didn't think there was an issue since I've been a paying customer since 2020. I hope you and Emily realize how badly you treated us. read more

This is my daughter's third season with South Bay Cheer 360 and she LOVES it! She took last year off to cheer for her high school but missed her 360 family so much that she decided to return this year. All of the coaches truly care about the cheerleaders and encourage them to be the best athletes they can be while instilling self-confidence and helping them develop skills and techniques that will help prepare them to compete. I encountered a very rude head coach and unprofessional during a competition. Wow! Talk about an attitude.

My 4yr old daughter is in the cheer class for toddlers (age 3-5). She loves her cheer classes. I was really impressed with the fact that her cheer coach knew her name from the start and never forgot my daughters name . Also I like that even though it's a toddler class they don't just let the kids run around and do whatever . The classes are very structured and if my daughter isn't doing a move right the coach corrects her and makes her do it over the right way but in a nice Way. My daughter is nice and tired after her 1 hour class , it's great !! read more

Sad.. has potential but it is so crowded and honestly, dirty places creep me out. There is not enough room to safely let the kids tumble, the coaches look at their phones or chat A LOT and there is little training. If you are lucky, you might find a nice coach BUT then.. no room to learn and again, so dirty :( read more

We moved our daughter here from studio west gymnastics. She seemed to be falling in a rut over there for some reason. I think maybe too many kids per class, I don't know. Anyway, she wanted to get more into cheer and less into gymnastics. She loves it here. She has been progressing at a much faster rate. The classes are smaller and the kids get more one on one instruction. She has learned a lot here in the short time she has been here and seems to be much more motivated to go to her lessons and weekend open gym session. She loves it and I feel it is worth every penny. Jake does a great job with the kids and it seems as though the rest of the instructors do as well. Keep up the good work! read more

We trained here for a few years and it was relatively good. Like any gym, there is good and bad. The owner is a delight and works hard. The team seems great and I can tell by watching that they take things seriously at certain times. However, I also have some criticisms. First, if you are just doing a class, I wouldn't expect much. My kiddo never advanced here. We came with three years of gymnastics experience hoping to strengthen tumbling and it never happened. The coaches for the classes changed, they never seemed as experienced as the ones coaching private's or the team, and often seemed so green. The ones who weren't green were distracted. After two years both myself and my kiddo were discouraged that she wasn't learning or advancing. There is no show or culmination for the kids that aren't on the team, so they are working towards nothing. The team just wasn't an option for us as we both work full time. We did do some private's and this is when you get the attention from the good coaches, but again, unless you are doing a lot of them, there isn't much advancement. All in all, it was fun while it lasted, but if you aren't on the team or coming in to hone a skill for another team (high school etc) I'm not sure about advancement for kids. read more

My 10 year old boy loves this place. The staff is very friendly and they make sure kids keep it safe. It's inexpensive and fun!

Crowded, very young and inexperienced coaches and a owner with serious issues. Run, don't walk. The fees are crazy. $700 for a uniform that actually costs $400, privates at $60-$100 an hour while your coach is eating or on the phone. Favorites galore and if you have a injury and need first aid, better have your own first aid kit. The owner sat and watched with the coldest look on her face as my 10 year old daughter cried in pain and we were not able to get medical help at an away competition. I don't think I will ever be able to forget the looks of disgust on her face as she sat and did absolutely nothing to help us. There are other gyms that are cheaper and their records speak for them selves. Overpriced version of "My Gym" run by greed and a complete disregard for your child. Save your money and go anywhere else for a better experience. If you wanna drink the koolaid just know that it's very $$$ and when the privates and payoffs for attention stop your child will be left with no training in a crowded gym with mote diva parents than Dance Moms and not one person will give you the time of day. Save your time, money and energy and go almost anywhere else. read more

My daughter goes to this gym and loves her some Tony! His teaching and customer service skills are on point (5 stars). Actually, he's the reason we signed up for an additional day (it's not CHEAP) BUT I'm starting to regret it. Uughh I have a big pet peeve when instructors are wasting minutes by either chatting with students outside of the class or other instructors during her session OR when the studio adds ages that don't belong to her class. This has happened to us more than twice BUT today's sub instructor really got me upset which prompted this review. I absolutely love this studio and so does my daughter. She is using it to advance to Varsity on her high school team. She loves her coach and the class size is small so she gets the help she needs. We absolutely love this place. I've scouted out several gymnastics studios and this one far surpasses any other gyms out there. First of all, there are several classes going on at the same time (which may seem chaotic) but they are organized and professional about how they handle it. The gym has great energy and the instructors are enthusiastic about their work. If you miss a class, you have 6 months to make it up! I love that about this place because most places will not let you make up classes! If I have to reschedule a class (even 30 minutes prior to the class starting) they are accommodating as long as there is room in another class. This place is run like a well oiled machine. South Bay Cheer 360 is 110% the BEST program an athlete can be a part of. I don't even know where to begin. From the very beginning ALL of the coaches and athletes made me feel like I was part of a true family. It's awesome how the PROGRAM is a big family, not just the teams. The coaches always motivate us and never tear us down, while at the same time showing us some tough love to better ourselves. Working and cheering in an environment as totally affected the way I think and carry myself. I really do think I've become a better person just from training at 360! I've only been here for around 3 months, but that's long enough to know that this is one of the most amazing gyms around. I've never experienced anything like it at any other program I've been apart of. Many teams say that they are a family, and that they have sister/brotherhoods, but you can REALLY see it at South Bay Cheer 360. I cant say enough great things about this gym.. Kenny, Tim, Jake, Dalton and Tri are some of the best instructors you'll find- always encouraging and all around awesome. Honestly, it doesn't get any better than this. read more
