I gave this place 2 stars because I am really upset with their business ethics. People are at their lowest when they go to urgent care. They are in pain and not thinking straight. They don't want to think, "is this test necessary?". They will most likely just go with what the doctor (or PA in our case) suggests. Carbon Health knows this, so they suggest a whole lot of unnecessary test which hopefully your insurance will cover. If not, you're footing a massive bill for unnecessary things. With all that said, my wife came to me at 11:30am with stomach pain which she rated at 8/10. We walked out of the urgent care at 12:45 with her rating her pain at 2/10. It makes my blood pressure go up when I have to go and won't unless I'm dying of misery. But I chose Dr. Fulmer based on the great Yelp reviews. All that I read here is true. Dr. Fulmer is so friendly and easy to talk to. He always takes his time with me and actually looks at me, explains things and listens. I never feel rushed at all or like I'm wasting his time like some doctors. He took the time to explain pros and cons of different medications and provide the names of specialty doctors. I never have had to wait long to see him either. Another pro, is that basic requests like lab results and basic questions can be addressed through their online portal. It's pretty convenient. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Fulmer!

I was welcomed to fill out a slip stating why we were there by Christian. He was very nice and compassionate to why we were there. He said he would have the nurse review our request. We waited a short time and then we were called in to be seen by Dr. Iliana Harrysson. She was absolutely fabulous. I felt like we were in good hands and we were being seen, heard and understood. She recommended we go to a clinic closer to our house next time.
