I counted at least six others who came after me and were seen before me . upon leaving the waiting room was nearly ten new patients. what was more frustrating was after sitting in hard chairs for three hours w pain in my leg and groin they lead me to the back to sit in more hard chairs . I spoke up and said "there is no way I'm sitting in more hard chairs w the pain I have in my groin." one nurse acknowledge though uncaringly how long I waited when she asked " why did you wait so long in the waiting room?" I answered " it is certainly not to sit in more hard chairs with the pain I have in my leg and groin" and I proceeded to leave using the cane I needed in order to get Mobil ,to go to go home and rest the area on a soft mattress . visit for severe pain and the extraction the ER had caused by sitting so long in hard chairs . the entire visit was unacceptable for any ER hospital . I'm furious and I am going to file lawsuit with this hospital for the serious damage caused by neglect as I can barely even walk two days later .

He is kind, very intelligent & listens to you always. Speak to you in words you can understand. The nurses are the best. Treated me with kindness, & were very professional in their work. i have had 5 surgeries in the last 2 1/2 years. Never have I had bad experiences, felt very comfortable with all the staff. I will always go to Memorial for any kind of surgery I may need. They are the best as far as I am concerned!!!

And not only are you waiting...you are waiting in a room suitable to refrigerate your groceries in the Summer. The ER staff is dressed in winter garb but if you are in comfortable Summer attire, I guarantee you'll leave there with a low grade fever or at least an infection of some type. We went there and they did the ultrasound for five seconds, I saw my kid and she immediately moved the device over to make it seem like theres no baby. Then she immediately pushed a transvaginal ultrasound and made while hissy fuss about it when my girl, who remind you has anxiety issues and brought this up to the doctor as well, didnt wanna do it. Had an anxiety attack and we left. Theres so many more minor details to this but I'm not gonna get into it. Women if you want a good place to get ultrasounds and prenatal. Go to the womens care center off Lasalle Ave. It's so much better there than that shithole that pretends that they know what they're doing.

They overcharged me by $35 I made the…read morepayment call them and ask him what exactly this payment was for they called me back in about an hour and told me that they made a mistake on their end they overcharge me by $35. I called in and ask just exactly what the problem was and they said that they were going to refund my money but it's going to take two or three weeks to get it back! They did not have a problem taking the money out on the day that I made the payment but now they tell me they I have to wait to get a refund how fair is that? I find these people to be shady underhanded and very very dirty the lady told me I was rude on the phone because I was saying that that is just not acceptable that I have to wait two weeks no I did not cause I did not raise my voice I was clear and even headed and even tempered I find these people to be flat out disgusting!!! I give these people a one star because zero stars is not an option Ten days ago, still no refund!!! Update took almost three weeks to get money back!! With no interest, bet they would charge interest or turn in for collections if the wait that long for there cash! Stand behind their billing, shady and underhanded!!!
