This company is run by the finest couple I have met in years! Not only did they keep us posted on their arrival time as we were stopped on I-65 south of Calera, they recommended the repair company (outstanding work), Lisa had a hotel room held for us and called me to tell me so I didn't have to search! They towed us to the hotel on Saturday and came back to get the car Monday morning to take to Fuentes Auto. Lisa and Terry gave us car rental info as well as pointers for restaurants. We were involved in an accident on I-65 in the early am hours. When the tow truck driver Terry showed up, he started by explaining what he was going to do. He was extremely friendly. After he had the SUV loaded on the roll back, he offered to take us to the dealership to drop our vehicle off for repair. Then volunteered to take us to enterprise to obtain a rental to continue our trip. When we arrived in Alabaster, AL the enterprise branch was not open. He then offered to take us to breakfast, so we could rest a little after what we had been through. We tried to get Terry to join us for breakfast, but he insisted that he sit with our vehicle to ensure no one would mess with it. So, we talked him into letting us bring him breakfast to him! He then took us back to the enterprise branch to rent a car. He stayed at the branch with us until the final paperwork was signed and we had keys in our hands (close to 2 hours). He said he would not leave us without knowing we had a vehicle that would carry us and all of our luggage. I cannot tell you how thankful we were to be introduced to Terry. We wrecked at 530 in the morning. The state trooper took it upon himself to call someone local for us. Thank the good lord he did! I cannot say how thankful I am Terry was the person who picked us up. His honesty, friendliness, and compassion was just what we needed after all we had been through. He has wonderful work ethic, and superior customer service. I would honestly recommend his service to anyone. read more
